Inevitable Sacrifice

Within an unusually spacious metallic chamber, two void portals appeared, followed by the activation of a massive magic circle etched into the metallic floor.

Soon, people clad in black cloaks stepped out of the portals, one after the other, quickly getting into formation soon after.

Shye and Ian were among these people.

On the other hand, Shirley and Reginald returned via the Organizational Recall Room, so they still needed to walk towards the location of the Operation Escape Room to rendezvous with Shye and the others.

After a few minutes, the flow of raiders emerging from the portals finally ceased. 

It appeared that everyone from Maverick and Alicia's Strike Forces had already arrived.

There were still no signs of Hakkin's Strike Force One, though, causing Maverick to frown in slight worry.

He was the Head Commander of this operation.
