Mei Deng who lived in an advanced society where trivial matters such as attending school and living independently were as common as eating and breathing. At first he believed that with a little coaxing here and there, that the general would budge. But when Wang Tengfei's family carriage arrived and Mei Deng was left behind, he suddenly understood that the general meant business.
To worsen things, Wang Tengfei had Fu Bao stay back and keep an eye on the Minister's son, making sure he didn't leave the premises.
All the while Tengfei was gone, Fu Bao did nothing but lay under the sun and complain about Mei Deng's cooking skills. Sometimes he'd use the bath water Mei Deng had procured for himself and even went as far as make a mess of the wooden shed.
All this continued to happen over a course of three days in Wang Tengfei's absence. Things got bad to the point that Mei Deng swore that if the general didn't return home that night, he would put Fu Bao to sleep.
Permanently.
