It was only after the general had safely dropped Mei Deng on the stack of hay, that he lost consciousness, falling on his back, right next to the Minister's son.
Mei Deng sighed, looking at the general intently, he reached out and pushed some strands of his hair back, taking a feel of his skin. "Why does brother traffic have this kind of face? How Lucky can one man be?" he mused to himself, unaware that his finger had traced it's way to his lips.
"Even a master will one day get tired of his servant." His gaze lingered on Tengfei's face, whilst his mind recalled what Dou Wei said to him on their way to the drinking parlour.
-"I don't think you two are compatible after all." Dou Wei announced out of the blue, setting a lamp on the ground.
-"Compatible? Where did you get that idea? We're just living together." he defended, cracking a nervous laughter.
