As Stubborn As Hell
Although Amelia considered her grandmother guilty of betraying her like the rest of the family, she knew deep down that the old woman still cared for her wellbeing even though she rarely showed it.
Picking up the intercom on her desk, she dialled her secretary's number and informed the latter to clear out her schedule for the day. She hurriedly shut down her system and left the office.
"Pascal we need to go to the Salvine General Hospital right now. Inform Lance to get the car ready." Amelia said in a slightly trembling tone.
"Yes, ma'am."
When Amelia got into the car, she quickly texted Blaze, informing him of the recent development while encouraging Lance to speed up.
In Less than fifteen minutes, Amelia arrived at the hospital premises. She hurried into the hospital reception hall and asked the female medical receptionist about an old woman, by the name of Priscilla Shawls who was rushed in earlier to the hospital.
