When they returned home it was already time for dinner. Madara's conscience did not allow him to let her cook for him and instead called for home delivery, this caused her minor irritation from the morning to disappear immediately.
This time at the dinner table they discussed their living conditions, Seira was reluctant to part with the comfortable bed in his room and now she was tasked to cook for him and do housework.
She wanted to cry but no tears fell. She already agreed to it, there was no turning back now. She had already shared the same bed for the past few days and adding in that his sexual orientation was the same her mind was at peace.
The calmness of the rooms interior, and the softness of the blanket and pillow made her sleep almost instantly.
Madara has spent the past few days watching her sleep like a log, sometimes in her sleep she would drift towards him causing his body to go stiff. He had checked to see if she was truly awake before he felt relieved. Even asleep he has to be wary of her, when all he wants is to sleep.
Unfortunately for him while he is suffering, his cold wife sleeps without a care in the world. Eventually he succumbed to the darkness.
*I forgot to mention that the second male lead will be different or there may be no second male lead? I'm not too sure at the moment and FL does not play the game as in the original plot hence why I cut out the gaming part
*Continuing
The past few days with Madara went by peacefully but soon they will be welcoming not so peaceful days-their honeymoon was about to begin.
Seira did not want to leave the bed, would the bed at their honeymoon be as comfortable?
However, seven days trip to Maldives was free for her, how could she utter any word, so she just had to accept everything and move forward as long as the trip was good enough.
She had never been to the Maldives but she did hear that it is 'very very beautiful', the waters are as blue as the sky and crystal clear everywhere.
In her middle school days she had thought of selling banana's on an island like Maldives, this sort of lifestyle can be considered as a hermits lifestyle in cities.
*Even as a child FL was an odd ball.
Naturally, that dream became meaningless and completely irrelevant. She had a lot of short circuited dreams that lasted no longer than three months.
You could say, she was one of those directionless people who have no determination or ambition in life. Even though she had the capability and potential she was simply too lazy.
She didn't think that in order to lead a happy and peaceful life that one needed to have desires or aspirations, moreover, the world has more than seven billion people, if everyone dreams of becoming a president or prime minister then what would become of the world?
Therefore, she will happily live her life as a supporting character.
Apologies she had digressed from the topic and now returning to the topic at hand. Honeymoon. Even though she only considered their honeymoon as a free trip to the Maldives Madara obviously did not think so, he did not even want to go as a tourist, just handing her an air ticket while telling her a person can travel alone.
Is a honeymoon not a time for married couples to spend together? So, why is it just her going? Not like she cared anyway.
Still, she took the tickets and asked "...You?"
"There is some work at the company, I have to stay back" He said. Oh, if it is work she won't bother him any longer. Such a shame, she thought they were getting along quite well for the past days.
This was also good she could spend the trip visiting food stalls, she was looking forward to trying out the delicacies of the Maldives. She has spent some time on her laptop looking at places to go and eat there, so there were already a few places she had in mind.
Although she already had her own card on hand, Madara was persistent in giving her his visa card.
She accepted it but she didn't intend on using it, lest he add whatever money she could have used to her bill and exploit her. She was not having it, it was already bad enough she had to cook for him but she also had to do the housework.
At night she drowsily went to slumber, yet Madara started lightly hitting her head with a pillow, "You're too eye catching"
*changed what he said to her because she doesn't have low self esteem, if anything she is very confident in her appearance and ability
She turned around to face him, puzzled and said "How is that relevant to you?" Oh, could it be? Was he really charmed by her beauty? It couldn't be helped, sigh.
*FL is a bit of a narcissist...the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, you could say she got it from her mother
His eyes were closed; his tone remained the same "I just loathe the skittishness and fickleness of women" Seira peered at him, What brought this up? His dislike for women?
"Oh, it's regrettable since I am just a skittish and fickle woman" As if, she especially despised fickle men and women the most.
Madara suddenly opened his eyes and stared at her sharply, if this had been any other person they would have shuddered under his sharp gaze, one look could scare a person to death yet she indifferently closed her eyes ignoring him.
Now, Madara leisurely said "If you dare to do anything that's not right, I would naturally find a way to come and teach you a lesson" Who will teach who a lesson? Even if she did (which she wouldn't) do something indecent, he would never know.
