Seeking Truths

CHAPTER 190 - Seeking Truths

Like a shock wave, Raven's eyes widened. Lifting her eyes from her cup, she let them settle on Sky. The latter was more serious looking than ever as did the tension filling the room.

"I want to know, please. And I know it may be hard for you to say but please. He asked that you tell me instead."

She took a brief pause, thinking back to when she asked Xavier. Although he did not look it, she knew that the past may have hurt, what else would make someone as strong as him go on a rampage?

He wasn't heartless, the records did not have anything negative about him from the past. Lifting her eyes once more, her expression softened. "I know it would be bad asking him to reopen closed wounds which was why I came to you."
