The armies and navies of many nations were assembling and moving towards their own borders. It didn't matter if there were enemies or allies, even the neutral nations were mobilising their own forces. As wherever the winds of change in the battlefield blows, those packs of hyenas which were the neutral nations are ready to pounce at the losing side at moment's notice. So the first few battles that were about to come will be the deciding factor, which will make the neutral nations to align on their side.
