CHAPTER 25: OBSTACLES.

"Hey girl. Am about leaving my house," Lina informed Ava over the phone, as she was already set so they could go out for a drink, as Ava had earlier said.

"You should have called me earlier. I have somewhere to be by 8pm," Ava informed Lina, as she picked her call.

"Oh no, not again Ava," she said frustratedly over the phone.

"But it's all your fault, why didn't you call to remind me?" Ava asked, not feeling bad at all.

"You made me went through all the stress i went through, so I could meet up with your demands," Lina angrily over the phone.

"We can always make up for this okay. Something came up, and I needed to attend to it urgently," Ava said, as she has refused apologizing.

"All of a sudden huh?" Lina asked, wondering.

"I need to go. See you soon," Ava said, and ended the call on Lina.
