"Hey mom, you're back?" Stephanie asked, as she opened the door and saw her mom.

"Yes, honey," she responded, coldly.

"Is everything okay mom?" Stephanie asked, as she observed her mood.

"Everything is okay honey. Why are you so excited?" she asked, observing Stephanie.

"Guess what mom!" Stephanie excitedly said, and smiled softly.

"I don't want to hear you that you followed your friends out again," she said, frowning.

"No mom. I got admitted mom," Stephanie informed.

"Really? That's a good news," she said, and chuckled awkwardly. 

"I can't wait to inform Kane about this," Stephanie said, excitedly.

"Yeah. Am sure he will be so happy to hear this," she said.

"But mom, why are you home this early? Is everything okay?" Stephanie asked, wondering.

"Yeah. Just take this to my bedroom," she said, gesturing her hand towards a bag on the floor.
