CHAPTER 28: CALLED FOR EMERGENCY.

"Am very sorry ma'am, for everything I may have done out there," Kane apologized, as he walked into the house, meeting Ava in the living room.

"Save your apologies. You have just few days to the end of this month, and you're out of my life," Ava angrily responded, as she grabbed the glass of wine on the table. She took a sip, she placed the glass cup back on the table, and sighed softly.

"What do you mean ma'am?" Kane inquired, as he stood right in front of her.

"Know what is best for you and get out from my sight," Ava said, frowning her brows.

"I could do anything to repair whatever I've done ma'am, please forgive me," Kane went on his knees and apologized, trying to make peace.

"Get out!" she yelled.

Kane quickly stood up, and walked into the room where he was asked to be.

Suddenly, his phone rang. He brought the phone from his pocket, and checked who was calling.
