Akkadia was currently in a state of mess and upheaval after the citizens were suddenly given counterattack news about the real reason for Queen Emma's departure.
When Therius originally gave the reason for the war, it was this: Taeshian Kingdom manipulated the queen of Akkadia and used her and Therius' child, the princess, in order to surpass Akkadia.
It was an underhanded method that only put the blame on Taeshi and not Emma at all. Therius wanted to keep his wife's name pure and untainted and he did not wish for her name to be marred in Akkadia.
However, when Therius flew to Taeshi to visit his daughter, there was some discontent among those who discovered it and there were even some rallies done by some students in Mage Academy declaring that Therius was a terrible husband to Emma.
