Virus attack

I couldn't even see his last attack coming. All I know is after a loud boom, there's a big impact that sent me flying. 

However, I'm still breathing, still alive. The body aches like hell, but there's no serious injury.

I don't understand. 

What the heck is going on?

As the dust settles, I can see it—a silhouette of another giant figure cladded in black knight armor and holding a massive shield, standing right in front of me. Whoever this guy is, he just saved me by blocking Ryuuji's attack.

However, just before I can thank him and ask for his name, his entire body, along with his armor and shield, crumbles to dust.

But… where's the enemy?

"RAAAAA! WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS!!!?" Ryuuji roars and shouts, so loud the air rumbles like there's a massive thunderstorm. 

Meanwhile, five other individuals are using some kind of glowing metal chains, trying to hold him down. 

"Huh!?" I'm very confused. "The ramen shop owner!?"
