1st Book - Requested by Me

I read this book up to 2 years ago on this app, I think it was translated and not original but I cannot be 100% sure.

The story is about a female ceo/boss who is always irritable and mean. As far as I remember it was because she saw ghosts or something like that. However, she has a male assistant /secretary who, when around, she can't see the ghosts so she always gets him to make coffee for her because that helps. Eventually she convinces him to date or marry (don't remember which) and so his anti-ghost effects last longer.

The assistant may or may not also have a child he's looking after that she creates a playroom for employees young children though that may be another story.
