"The hell?" A teen with long dark greenish hair tied into a ponytail slammed the table as he neared Sicarius. "Are you just going to ignore us!?"

Sicarius was in fact, ignoring them. Dealing with people like this for thousands of years through thousands of worlds, who wouldn't tire? Sicarius merely opted to stare at the boy who was seemingly growling as he glared at Sicarius. The boy had a rather wild appearance. A sharp elongated nose and teeth that seemed sharp and pointy like those of a crocodile. The boy's eyes were reptile-like with vertical slit-shaped pupils and a greenish iris.

"Calm down, Crock! Sorry about my friend, Sicarius." A pale girl with long amber hair chuckled helplessly as she waved her hands. From this girl, Sicarius could feel the familiar presence of divine power.

"I'm Layla!" The girl said with a smile,

"She's Emilia," Layla said as she pointed at a girl with olive skin and greyish hair. The girl, Emilia, was munching on her meal as she eyed Sicarius with narrow eyes.

"That guy's Prince." The guy named Prince was blonde and blue-eyed with soft feminine features.

Prince smiled, "Nice to meet you."

Sicarius merely nodded in reply before proceeding to eat in complete silence. Seeing that Sicarius was completely unresponsive to his threat Crock growled as he moved back to his seat.

"He's not much of a talker is he?" Prince muttered with a wry smile,

"Sorry about that." Venus said, "Sicarius has only ever talked with training dummies since he trains and trains, and well that's basically all he does."

"Everyone here trains their asses off, but we still know how to be polite don't we?" Crock complained with a grimace on his face, "He's just arrogant."

"Wait until you fight him." Princess said as she chewed on her meal, "I'd love to see someone get beat."

"You'll see someone get beaten alright and it's gonna be him." Crock snarled, "No matter what his power is gonna be I'll snap him in half."

"Yeah, he has no powers," Venus said as she took bites from her sandwich. "I already told you guys he has no powers."

"Huh?" Crock seemed confused,

"Wait, you were serious before Venus?" Prince asked with one eyebrow raised,

"Yep," Venus replied,

"Then what the hell?" Prince along with the others seemed confused as they stared at Sicarius.

"Why the fuck is he even seated with us?" Crock snickered, "This guy's essentially worthless!"

"Why don't we do it this way." Sicarius muttered between swallows, "I'm already a combat instructor, you can request a spar with me and I'll gladly give you pointers if that's what it takes to clear any misunderstandings."

The group seemed to take a moment to process this. Sicarius simply kept eating as they stared. The others really couldn't comprehend why Sicarius was rude and seemingly arrogant if he indeed didn't have powers and was essentially just human. Was he stupid? Did he not understand that each and everyone sitting at the table could wipe the floor with him?

"That sounds fun." Princess perked up,

"I know!" Venus giggled,

"Isn't he your friend? " Layla whispered, "Shouldn't you stop this before he gets hurt?"

Hearing this both Princess and Venus looked at each other before breaking out into a boisterous laughing session.

"What's so funny?" Layla mumbled as her ears reddened,

"You'll see when Crock fights Sicarius," Venus answered,

Crock hearing this smirked as he assumed even Venus and Princess were looking forward to him putting Sicarius in his place.

"Come on now then! Let's spar, instructor!" Crock yelled mockingly,

At this point, a huge amount of students were already tuned in with the happenings. Who didn't want to see a fight? Especially when it was Crock, a highly violent but outstanding genius was one of the combatants.

"Wait until I'm done eating," Sicarius said as he munched,

Crock could barely keep himself from punching Sicarius right then and there. Surprisingly enough, he kept his fist to himself until they finally reached the sparring ground on the 50th floor.

The sparring ground was quite different from Omni's own, the difference being the quality of equipment and the layout of the place. Where in Omni's sparring ground there was only ever space for training, here there were spaces for spectators. On the edges of the wide sparring ground were bleachers, that were more than enough to accommodate all the students and staff that wanted to watch the fight. Hanging from the top of the room, or rather stadium, was a gigantic screen that flickered to life as Sicarius and Crock neared the center.

Once they got into positions the ground below their feet began to rise, creating an elevated platform for battle. Crock entered a battle stance as he shouted,

"I don't even need to use my powers against you!"

Sicarius merely stared at him with his hands behind his back which Crock takes as an insult. With a huff Crock charged towards Sicarius with his mouth wide open, and it only seemed to grow wider. His sharp teeth elongated and became more jagged while his jaw seemed to widen now being capable of fitting Sicarius's whole head inside.

Sicarius merely stood not moving from his spot with a dead expression.

This was Crock's power? Turning his head into a crocodile's? How was this kid one of the elites of this school?

Seeing Sicarius seemingly frozen at the sight of Crock rushing at him the crowd began to cheer and yell.

"He's paralyzed from fear!"

"Chomp!'

"Chomp!"

And it didn't matter if Crock did Chomp. As long as Sicarius was still alive the medics were already standing by, and their healing abilities were miraculous. But this didn't mean Sicarius was planning on getting injured at all.

"Why's Sicarius just standing still?!" Layla yelled, "Sicarius move!"

"Layla don't even worry about Sicarius." Venus said as she watched nonchalantly, "Be worried for Crock instead, although I don't think Sicarius plans to hurt him that much."

Just as the words escaped her lips the gasps of the crowd emanated through the sparring ground. Looking at the middle one could see Sicarius with both hands inside Crock's mouth.

"That guy's done for!" A member of the crowd yelled.
