Fighting Mate
Myth is a story that was told in an ancient culture to explain a practice, belief, or natural occurrence. Kanisha is a girl who only dreamed of finding happiness before her time ends as she loses something that sustained her life energy. Hiding from the world and stayed quiet is her way to survive but one day a man forced himself to be with her but mocked her for being a weakling and useless. How could she hide from the cruel reality of the world when a certain man with captivating black eyes saved her from the brick of death? Most of all, what would she do when she found herself in the werewolf realm? After all, a mythical monster has the right to live too.
Rio
"There's no need to thank me, I just do what's necessary," Rio shrugged again and took a bite of his bread. The room became silent that you could hear the crickets cricketing.
"Umm, I'm Ka--" Kanisha paused when she was about to tell him her real name, "I'm Sha," She introduced herself and felt kinda shy when she saw how dirty her body and even slowly lifting her armpit to sniff if it smells.
"Okay Sha, so tell me what are you doing in that forest knowing that it's dangerous to go there alone especially to a child like you," Rio said as he instantly looks back at her and saw that she's sniffing her armpit.
Kanisha immediately bring her arm down and covered her face in embarrassment and hoping that the ground will eat her alive. Rio bites his lower lip to stop himself from laughing as he knows how embarrassed she felt, so to make it less awkward, he repeated the question.
