CHAPTER 29

"Seems like you got the highest score of the century, you're really popular now" Sue looked up .She was by the pool with her feet in the water.It was Itsuki.

"I guess so" she said even though it had been a few weeks ago since she got the highest score in Mr Ukyo's test.Now she was known as a scholar and a strong rival in a healthy competition with the class captain.As she stared beyond the pool, she saw a boy and a girl holding hands in the distance and a group of boys sharing a single bowl of ramen.She would miss Tokyo.Time was running out.

Itsuki took sat down besides her.

"There's a competition coming up and l think you should join"

"Oh really?" She said with a considerable lack of interest, staring at her bare feet in the water.The pool had become their meeting place over the last few weeks.

Last few weeks...Time was slipping by.

"Yeah,check the last zipper of my bag"
