Opps, I was so caught up with reading that I forgot to leave a review lol 😅 IMO this is a fantastic story with a quality flow. The fact that this isn't written in your first language is mindblowing! Not many novels are as well written as yours (and their first language is English). The story's plot is intriguing, and the detail you have put into worldbuilding paints a perfect picture in the readers' minds. It's like an all-in-one package deal! I will be following along to see how this ends. Keep going!
I can tell this is going to be a good one! The author uses a lot of chilling imagery to create a super unique universe. It combines a fantasy world with a futuristic distopia in a way I honestly haven’t seen before and am eager to learn more about. A lot of stories involving zombies can be trite and cliche, but not this one. It feels like a whirlwind. I also love the creatures that’re described. Slugs are a personal favorite. 🥴
I'm actually quite enthralled with this. Going through the first chapters, what attracted me most were the author's descriptive abilities. It's as if I could hear the various sound effects, in this case, it's a shining example of onomatopoeia used right. Also, I'm in love with the way the Neo System Announcements are structured as well as the aliens' seemingly trolling personalities. It somehow reminds me of the Experimental Log of the Crazy Lich, so if you've liked that novel, please give this one a read!
as of this writing, i've just finished chapter 2, which going by the synopsis, is on the precipice of the meat of the story. that being said, from the opening scene there was a sense of importance and mysterious rush that the author created that is completely welcome. its rare that a book feels like a rush in the same way that a tv show does, but the descriptions used, and continuously moving plot does (helped greatly by the teases at the end of the chapters) an excellent job of keeping things intriguing, and most likely, keeping us coming back for more!
