Harper Bennett's phone rang; the tracking device was all set up and ready to go.

Flynn Morris put on his headset: "Answer it."

Harper Bennett answered the phone: "Hello?"

The technical team raced against the clock to start tracking the address.

The abductor asked, "Is the money ready?"

Harper Bennett looked up at Flynn Morris, he nodded, signaling her to stick to the plan.

She deliberately stalled the abductor: "Let me talk to my mom first, I need to hear her voice."

The abductor wasn't fooled: "As long as you hand over the money honestly, I'll spare her life, but if you dare call the police, you'll be preparing for her funeral."
