Chapter 2: First Day!!!
(Anna's POV)
Anna!! I heard my mom yell my name for the umpteenth time, "coming mom" I yelled back while trying to fix my not so perfect hair that I had put in a pony tail, I picked up my back pack and stood in front of the large mirror to make sure I looked perfect,I was dressed in a white short sleeved top, an Ash coloured high waist flared shirt which was above my knees with a black knee length socks and a pair of black shoes to go with, as you can guess I am wearing a uniform, I was about to step out of the room when I remembered I had forgotten to wear my blazers "ohh sh*T" I cursed loudly and went back to take it out from my wardrobe, I was about to drop my backpack and put it on when I heard mom's voice once again, this time she threatened to leave me behind, with the fear of taking the uncomfortable bus to school on my first day, I rushed down stairs to meet mom who was almost done with her cereal.
"You can't be late on your first day Anna, you have to leave a good impression, moreover I have to drop you at school before I go to work. I can't be late", I heard mom say while I sat down to have my breakfast and also listen to her lectures on lateness "thank goodness it's cereal, I will have no problem finishing it quickly I muttered". In less than 2 minutes I was done with breakfast, "mom, how do i look I said my mom who was trying to get her car keys from the shelf in the living room, she looked at me shooked her head and said" is this why it took you hours just to get ready for school? " I pouted my lips and said" mooommm" she laughed and looked at me again.
Jane's POV
Looking at my baby girl makes me really emotional, just a few years ago she was running around in her dippers now she is all grown up with all her womanly features almost fully bloomed,she reminds me so much of my younger self but even prettier, she inherited most of her facial features from me apart from her beautiful brown eyes which is just like her dad's , looking at it reminds me of him. I looked at her and said "you always look beautiful my baby, let's go we don't want to be late"
Anna's POV
I picked up my backpack, my blazers which I had kept on the chair and my water bottle that mom had placed on the dinning table and ran out to catch up with mom who was already about to drive out of the house,"hope you got everything you will need for school? "I heard her ask me when I got into the car," yes mom" I said while checking my self out in the car's mirror, what's with you and the mirror today mom asked " It's my first day and like you said I have to make a good impression"I said trying to tease her knowing fully well that she was talking about my attitude and not my looks. She looked towards me, squeezed my nose and we both laughed.
I know you might be wondering why I am soo keen about my looks, I am not always like this and I have a very vaild reason, opps that's a lie, I love to look good. My name Is Hannah Adams, I am an 17 year old girl who was raised (and is still being raised) by my Mom, Dad left us when I was just two and mom had refused to get remarried since then. My mom recently got transferred and prompted so we had to move to a new city, I had to transfer to a new school too. I am in my final year of high school, the school year is just starting and as It is my first day I have to make a good impression and I have to take my school ID picture today, it has to come out great, therefore the obsession with my looks.
After a 10minutes ride and a lot of banter with my mom, we finally pulled up in front of a very big building, I see a lot of students going in dressed in the same uniform as I was and I am suddenly a little tensed. I look at mom and she smiled, gave me hug and asked if I wanted her to walk me to the door, I said no and hugged her once again, she gave me a peck on my forehead and said "all the best my love" after which I got down from the car, waved her and wished her a wonderful day at work.
Alex's POV
"Another annoying school year" I muttered to myself while getting ready for school, I am upset with the fact that I have to go to school and face almost everyone being hypocritical around me, not to mention those annoying ladies who always roam around me like annoying flies and try to flirt with me. I got to school and on my way to class, I caught a glimpse of a girl walking towards the administrative room, I can't see her face fully but could see her side and back view, she had very long black hair which she had in a high ponytail, her back view looks like a model, not like those skinny models who look starved but like one whose body is rightly proportioned. She looked confused, it's probably her first day here, I was still trying to get a good look at her when I felt a tap on my shoulders and I turned to see the face of my friend Matthew, I quickly turned back to look for that beauty but she wasn't there anymore "looking for someone bro?" I heard him say " I thought I saw someone but forget it, to think you weren't resuming school today, what changed your mind?" I asked while we walked to class making small talks.
Incase you are wondering, I am Alexander Black, an 18year old in my final year of high school and Matthew Collins is my best friend, we've being best buddies since our diaper days, we are almost like siblings probably because our parents are very good friends.
