Apology!

Aryan just landed, and came out of the airport! He went abroad for a meeting with a patient and just returned! As he came out he hired a taxi, and while travelling back to home, he happened to see the live news in his mobile!

Tara avoiding to take a seat, just kept standing near the mike, and waited until every seat that's alloted was taken by the media people, and soon noises along with wishpers surrounded the air! When everyone were present, she cleared her voice, making the environment a little bit silent!

Clearing his voice, a journalist holding his mike, spoke out, "Mam, may we know what's this meet about??"

She almost grimaced, what a ridiculous way to let people accept their fault, she could see that he was doing it on purpose, those all think that they are somewhat special only if they had once passed making rich one's embarrassed!

"I am sure you all know it better than me considering the rumours and wishpers just a second ago!" she replied him, making him roll his eyes, she ignoring it continued, "Yet, I will say it out!" she then sifted her gaze from him to all!

"This is an apologetic meet conducted by TN, for what happened yesterday!"

"We remember the launch mam, but what exactly happened other than that??" a female voice from the group questioned her!

She nodded, "Yesterday was a big day for TN, our staff had worked so hard to prepare the natural skin care products, and we were glad to have it as a successful one! But unfortunately...."

Yes, this unfortunate thing never left her!!

She sighed inward, swallowing the lump she felt in her throat, "Unfortunately our happiness didn't last long! Something unexpected happened yesterday evening, there was a short circuit which lead to fire accident! We almost saved everyone but I am sorry to say that we lost two of our staff!"

"Miss Tara! Do you accept it as your mistake??" a voice reached her again!

Accept?! She just blamed herself!

Taking a deep breath, she replied, "It's not anyone's mistake! I clearly state that it is just an unexpected accident!"

"You may sound it with ease Miss Tara, but don't you think the name accident alone might not be enough for public?" the very female voice that spoke previously came out again!

"TN has nothing to hide, and I had already stated it as an accident, you can make it sure by keeping all your assumptions aside and considering our history till now once! Things like this never happened, and 'Now' is an incident! But still I can't keep a blind eye on it! I promise infront of everyone, that things like this will never happen again!!"

The man who spoke first stood this time, but not giving him the chance to speak, she continued, "And I.... apologize those two families who lost their family members! Even though it was an unexpected incident, I accept, we should have been careful! So I consider the incident also had a bit of our fault, and so I promise that this will never happen in future! And about those families, I clearly state that, even though they lost their family members, TN will provide the same amount of the salary those two staff used to recieve, to those families, including all the bonus and salary pack changes! And TN will never step back to offer it's hand to help those family's when they are in need! And it will be us who'll be holding a funeral for them by their family's consent, and I promise to bear all the hospital charges!!"

Silence followed, none had any questions to ask more, and finally a person stood and questioned her, "TN might have faced a huge loss cause of this incident! What is your opinion about it mam?"

She gave him a nod, "See both the sides have suffered the loss, but I assume, loosing some share values and income is less when compared to the loss of lives!!" she looked down her hands! "Hence TN is not worried about it's shares, and loss!" she looked up, "Everyone had known about us and our productivity! I genuinely think, we will not be taken as something to avoid, and hope you will show the same interest in us as you all used to!" She now left the mike spot and centred herself, everyone got confused, she looked down her hands, and up again, taking a deep breath, she spoke! "I know how it feels to lose someone you love and care about the most, forever! And whatever we might do or offer to do, we can't sway away the loss which those families are suffering now!"

She soon knelt down, making everyone stand in surprise, "I personally apologize those everyone who blame us for the incident!" she downed her head, "I am extremely sorry!!"

An array of silence followed as none expected her to react this way! Even her uncle and Deep who were inside the company, watching it on live, stood in surprise!

Tara, with a sigh raised her head, slowly stood and reached the mike again, "Are there still any questions that you are willing to ask??" Only silence replied her, she nodded, "I will take it as a no then!!", she centred herself again and bowed deep, and said "Thankyou!!" once she raised, and soon without thinking much, she left from there and made her way directly to her uncle's cabin!

Her uncle looked at her in awe, she ignoring those glares, went and took a seat on the couch, "I just hope I did well!!" she said with a sigh!

Her uncle shook his head, "You did better than well!!"

She gave him a nod and Deep just made his way near her and took a seat beside, "It was unexpected!"

"Everything was!!" she stated!

"Will you be able to attend another meeting??" her uncle grabbed her attention!

She sighed, "Is it a board meeting?", questioned she and recieved a nod, she expected it! She gave him a nod, "I can! When is it?"

"Now!!" said Deep, and she blinked twice! She then sighed inward, and breathed, "Alright!!", and soon she stood and made her way to the meeting room and both of them just followed her!

Aryan who was watching the live till now sighed and kept his mobile aside! And soon the taxi stopped as he reached the hotel, paying the driver with a thankyou, he made his way to the room he booked and got fresh up!
