Episode 1 - Chapter 2 | Mysterious Heroine X

Upon regaining my senses, I could hear the vague sound of someone slurping.

I slowly sit up and I blinked rapidly to readjust my vision.

I sit there for a bit. My brain was having trouble processing what had just happened.

And when it finally hit, I panicked, instantly getting up to scan the shed for the newly summoned servant.

I scan left, then right, then both sides once more before I look down towards the sound of the slurping.

In my shed was a small girl, wearing short shorts, a blue and golden lined jacket along with a cap.

She had tied her beautiful golden hair into a ponytail, putting it through the hole at the back of the cap.

She had noticed I found her and tried to speak with me, but instead of words, all I heard was the muffled sounds of chewing.

I gave her a moment to chew, and then she finally speaks up. 

"Are you perhaps the one who will aid me in my goal of ridding the world of the unnecessarily large amount of Sabers?"

This… Is it. 

"Yes, I am."

"Then, nice to meet ya! Code name is Mysterious Heroine X! Let us work together master!"

"Nice to meet you too. My name is Kuruoku Kunoku. It'll be a pleasure working with you."

With this, a sudden tingling and burning sensation is felt on my left hand.

As I bring my hand up to look at it, I realized that this is just the branding of a contract.

"So then, do you perhaps want to head inside?"

"Aren't we already inside? But I must say, you've got a pretty small and cramped house."

"Erm… This is just the backyard shed."

"Oh! Then in that case, I'll follow your lead!"

X pick's up the cup of noodles she was eating and follows me through the backyard.

As I hold the sliding door open, waiting for an occupied X to come in, I notice a tall woman, dressed in the shogunate era walk from out of the shadows. 

Snow white hair with crimson red eyes. 

"Master! It must be a Saber! Let us get rid of her!"

"Saber..? No… I am Archer. Inferno Archer."
