Dong Hai kept stroking Hong Liu's hair soothingly and she turned to snuggle in his chest more comfortably. He smiled down at her, stirring the fire to keep it ignited. He straightened his frame and her head fell on his knee, where he was resting his arm. He gently stroked her hair out of her face.
"What happened later?" He asked in a low voice, as her eyes dropped.
"Later…?" She murmured sleepily.
"Yes later…"
"Later…brother Guan Yu…." her voice trailed off as she started to doze off.
"Tired?"
"Hmm," she snuggled more into a comfortable position.
"Then rest, I will be here when you wake up," He kissed her temple.
