81 Renegotiation I

His transformation done, Jun decided to take it easy in DxD for a while.

Taking it easy however, did not mean being idle. un needed time to adjust to his new powers, maybe some training with Scathach to fully integrate them but after that, or more like simultaneously, he decided to focus on strengthening his forces.

Whether in DxD or in the Nasuverse, there were countless being Jun might feel inclined to pick a fight with or simply end up in conflict with then for one reason or another.

He wanted to make sure his girls could actually help him fight opponents that he would feel hard pressed to fight alone.

After all, an enemy the current him couldn't defeat . . . Maybe even if all his girls threw themselves at them it wouldn't matter.

In the Nasuverse scale of power, Jun found himself a few steps below beings like Goetia and VII of the End, or een Tiamat but he still had room to grow. He had yet to fully achieve his potential as he could still be considered to be in a "larval state" as a manifestation of THE DRAGON.

Still, he did not feel the need to rush just yet. His power would grow in time, what he needed now was to increase his forces in both quality and quantity thought currently, the former was more important.

There were certainly ways to do so that were currently available to him. His Blood of THE DRAGON was certainly a way as he could bestow power through it and, as he grew more and more powerful, the might provided by this ability to others would increase as well.

The problem was that his blood was far to potent for most. If a being was to receive Jun's blessing of blood, a certain standard of power was required or, even if they survived, the blood would overpower and overwrite their entire existence, making them nothing but a hollow slave to him.

Obviously, this was not something Jun wanted for his girls so he needed them to train hard and find other methods to strengthen them to the point where they could handle the power in his blood without such a thing occurring.

Speaking of strengthening, all of his girls were working very hard currently with the ones from DxD training a performing missions for Azazel with Jun's permission of course and the girls from the Nasuverse going at it in the Akashic Tower.

After enjoying a bit of rest in DxD, Jun's vacation was interrupted by an invitation from the Five Families which left him with a raised eyebrow as to what they could possibly want from him.

Currently, there was an alliance to take down common enemies and that was that.

Jun honestly had quite the low opinion of the Five Families' people so he was not expecting anything good out of the invitation but, as they were technically allies for now, it would be unnecessarily rude to blow them off.

And so, Jun gave his okay and a time was set up. The Four Fiends holders' presence was required so Jun's DxD group decided to simply all come together to the meeting where a representative group from each of the families would gather in Shuri's house along with them.

Why Shuri's house? Because it apparently had symbolic meaning as the place where the Alliance was set up in the first place.

Jun actually brought Asako, the Hundred Faced Hassan with him which earned him some looks form the girls as they wondered just how many "female companions" he actually had that they didn't know about.

Still, knowing they fell for a Harem God, the girls were actually pretty cool with it, even if a bit jealous. Their feelings being mostly comprised of curiosity over what Jun did when he disappeared and with who.

The group arrived early at Shuri and Akeno's Shinto Shrine Home where the two were waiting for them with Akeno throwing herself and Jun on sight.

"There there. I missed you too." Jun smiled and patted her head as the half fallen angel rubbed her head on his broad chest.

"You're looking more handsome every time I see you Jun-kun." Shuri commented.

'And I haven't even showed off my true appearance. Being to handsome really is a problem.'' Jun thought to himself.

'Beautiful is more like it.' Ahsaka commented in Jun's head, much to his annoyance.

"And you're looking more and more beautiful Shuri-san." Jun complimented back.

Shuri gave a gentle and refined laugh of appreciation.

"Please come in." She then invited and the group settled down drinking some tea with a harmonious atmosphere while waiting for the Five Families' people to arrive.

After they settled, the group casually chatted.

"You know Nox-kun, Akeno is always wistfully staring into nothing when you're not around. You should really visit more often." Shuri commented.

Akeno turned into a ripe tomato almost instantly.

"Okaa-sama!" She pountingly complained.

"What? You need to be honest about your feeling or Jun-kun won't recognize them you know?" Shuri continued to tease her daughter.

Akeno just buried herself in her mother's breasts while sneakily throwing glances and Jun who smiled at her, only making her more embarrassed with butterflies fluttering in her stomach.

Meanwhile, the DxD girls were intent on prying some information from Asako.

"Asako-san yes?" Cleria asked.

Asako just nodded.

"How did you and Jun-san meet?" Natsume inquired with narrowed eyes.

The Heroic Spirit of Assassination pondered on an accurate answer that would reveal anything her master might be trying to keep secret.

"I was a servant of his enemy but while my master abandoned me, he granted me my most dearest wish and so, I pledged myself into his service." Asako gave her reply.

"Your wish?" Sae asked with curiosity.

"To become one once again." Asako esoterically responded.

Jun was having a blast listening to the girl questioning Asako, getting truthful answers but still remaining none the wiser regarding what actually took place during his outings to the Nasuverse.

Shigune however, grabbed onto a different piece of information.

"So Jun-san is actually fighting enemies when he disappears of to somewhere?" She asked.

The rest of the girls intently looked at Asako, waiting for an answer.

The Hassan looked back at Jun who just nodded, authorizing her to shared some more, something which didn't slip buy the girls who grew not only curious but also more motivated to grow stronger so that they might help Jun deal with these mysterious endeavours he had going on.

"Jun-sama of course has enemies that hamper his ambitions. Enemies that I and his other Servants seek to remove from his path though he does fight himself sometimes." Asako shared.

Cleria immediately grabbed onto a certain word.

'Servants . . . Technically, I am also a special kind of existence called a Servant. I wonder if that's what Asako was referring to . . ." She pondered.

There was a more pressing matter to ascertain in Cleria's mind though and Lavinia was the first to try and ascertain it.

"So what exactly is the relationship between Asa-kko and Juu-kun?" Lavinia asked.

"I am his eternally loyal Servant." Asako dutifully replied.

"She meant to ask if you are lovers." Valia went straight to the point, being tired of all the dancing around the subject ever single one of the girls was most interested in knowing.

Asako actually paused which left Nox who was listening on the side and thought she would simply deny it, as there was no inkling of such a relationship between them, curious for her actual answer.

"If Jun-sama wishes for me in such a way . . . It would be joy to oblige . . ." She said with a near imperceptible blush on her dark skin while looking at Jun who had his brows raised in surprise.

Meanwhile the rest of the girls nodded in understanding while while encouraging Asako to be more forward.

"No . . . Something like asking for it myself . . . It would be rude when considering my position." Asako replied to the girls' advice.

This in turn made the girl glare at Jun who shouted injustice in his heart as he didn't think himself deserving of those glares, At least not for the reason they were being pointed at him. If the girls were actually glaring because of his philandering, then he would have no choice but to swallow it.

Jun could only be glad Kuroka was not there as the Nekoshou would undoubtedly share some of her "womanly wisdom" that would aggravate the situation.

Thankfully, she had taken Shirone to Kyoto to meet with the Yokai there. She had done so both to train with more of her kind in order to grow stronger as well as to sing Jun's praises to the Kyoto Yokai and create goodwill so that Jun would be welcome there in the future and thus find it easier to forward his plans for the area.

Back to the Shrine though, the girls were still glaring when suddenly, Asako got more serious and gave Jun a signal.

"Looks like our guests are arriving." Jun said to everyone.
