(11) Will of the King

As they become closer to the source, they were stupefied when they saw Alexander relaxing in a chair with a cup of tea in his hand. Seeing this, Cu's eyebrow couldn't help but twitched.

Mash softly called to him. As she did so, the aura that made them suffocate disappear like it doesn't exist in the first place.

When Alexander saw them staring at him with shock and confusion. That's when he realized he fucked up. He got a bit careless and forgot about Cu and the others. He stands up from his seat and scratches his cheeks in embarrassment.

"Um, good evening?"

Hearing his words, they sigh in relief and smile wryly.

"What was that about?" Cu asked curiously.

The two obediently nodded and return inside. Cu also joined them, before he enters, he looked back at Alexander and asked, "What about you?"

"I'll be here for a moment. I just want to clear my head for a while."

Hearing his answer, Cu lifts his wine in Alexander, and Alexander did the same by lifting his cup. And with that, Cu left him on his own and join Mash and Ritsuka inside.

'Looks like the effect of "Will of the King" is much more powerful than I thought. I should be more careful using this in the future.'

He peacefully sips his coffee while looking absent-minded. Although he already lives in this world for almost a month. Some part of him still believes that everything happening to him is nothing more than just a dream. Even though his experiences in the past month prove him otherwise. He took another sip but only realize his cup was already empty. Shaking his head to remove the unnecessary thoughts, he stands up from his seat and went inside. Serving their purpose, the chair, and the cup dissipate, returning to the treasury.

The first thing he notices when he went inside is Olga's beautiful figure standing beside the window, deep thought. Noticing that she hadn't noticed him yet, he smiled evilly as he slowly approaches her from behind. Combining the fact that Olga is in her little world and Alexander master at hiding his presence. Olga, was of course, startled, to say the least. What Alexander didn't expect was her reaction afterward. She didn't even let Alexander explain as she lifts her right arm and create black orbs at the tip of her fingers aiming at Alexander. And without hesitation, she fired them out.

Alexander, in his defense, easily dodges the orbs, moving his body from left to right.

"Wait, wait! I'm sorry, it's me, It's me! you don't have to shoot!"

Instead of stopping, Olga continues to shoot more black orbs. Since this situation was his fault, he just dodges and didn't retaliate. He waited for her to calm and explain himself.

While the two are in a weird situation. Cu, Mash, and Ritsuka witness the whole shenanigans on the sideline.

"So brutal!" Just the thought of him being naked in the cold made him shiver.

Olga halts her rampage as she angrily glared at Alexander who has a helpless smile on his face. Tears started to form in her eyes as she glared at Alexander one last time before running to Mash and hugging her. Mash was surprised for a bit but she still hugs her back and comforts her. Cu and Ritsuka look at Alexander with blame in their eyes.

Seeing her pitiful appearance, Alexander's sadistic side was pleased. However, realizing such thoughts were appearing in his mind. He was a bit scared, he immediately shakes his head before such thoughts become engraved on his mind. Unfortunately for him, such thoughts are already engraved deep within his psyche.
