A Few Moments of Peace

The first thing she did was throw herself into the shower, she was thankful to be clean and rid herself of the slimy feeling. The amount of hot water she used filled the space up with steam till it felt like a sauna. A part of her was surprised that she still had hot water left after his shower and her extreme indulgence of it. Scrubbing down everything, she quickly cleansed herself from head to toe. 

She wanted to take a longer time in the shower but she was aware she couldn't leave him outside for too long. It was rude to leave a guest unattended for so long and she also wasn't comfortable not knowing what was going on. Not to say she believed he would do anything or snoop around but this level of caution was too deep in her bones.
