"Zoe come on now we will be late." She came rushing down ."lets go we are late Miss and it's for the first time in my lifetime that I will be late ." " Chill lady hold your horses we aren't in school anymore so chill its trend to be late nowadays. " i smirked her way before opening the car. She just raised her eyebrow to me making me laugh ."oo come yaa you love me let's go. " " Ya Ya whatever. " I am so lucky to have Zoe as my friend she has been there for me since forever she's been a friend a sister and sometimes a mother to me and for the fact she knows what she means to me .
Zoe left me for her psychology class and I met Stella on the way to our lockers .
" Hey Emma .How's you?" Stella asked hugging me.
"Good and you ." I replied taking my books out from the locker.
" Me too good as ever." " aa aa Zoe was kind of worried about you is everything okay Em. I haven't seen her so worried before. " Stella asked a little hesitantly. Everything is okay Stell don't worry Zoe was just worrying too much Because I was not able to communicate with her due to some family issues but now everything is fine and you too nothing had happened much ." I told her in a relaxed manner.
" Emma you know we are all here by your side you can trust us right. " I know that very well Stell and I feel very lucky to have you all as my friends but on a serious note there is nothing to worry and I will tell you if anything happens. " I said wholeheartedly.
"Come let's go. "
" wait for me I'll be quick need to use the washroom real quick. " she winked rushing to the washroom. I giggled she is sometimes a kid. Taking my Ipod out I tuned my favorite Playlist and got lost some blur memories of yesterday suddenly filled my mind leaving the restaurant in anger then it moved to a club I angerly chunked down the alcohol shots then the memory moved to a man his face was blured all I remember is dancing with him and then waking in a hotel room.
" ohhh fucking shit What did I do." I was lost in my thoughts when someone bumps into me.
"I'm so sorry ." Ian apologized in a husky voice. And I angrily turned to him.
" For God sake Mr can't you walk straight or am I invisible to you that you somehow don't see me and come crashing into me . " I looked at him with a look of a murderer. Why it has to him all the time . He was just looking at me with a dumb look on his face .
This annoyed me more and I stepped on his foot " Well Earth to you . Are you even listening you need too ...." I wasn't able to complete my sentence.
" I am sorry by the way you look gorgeous ! See you around ." Smirking he just walked off just like that . And I Stand there shocked What just happened.
Stell tapped my shoulder and I got distracted. " What happened?"
" Huh , Oh nothing just some stupid people let's go. " I slowly nodded not able to process what happened.
IAN (POV )
I SAW HER WALKING TOWARDS THE GIRLS WASHROOM DON'T KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING WHY I'M HAVING THESE URGES TO BE CLOSE TO HER AS MUCH AS I CAN. LOOKING HER WAITING FOR SOMEONE I COULDN'T CONTROL MY SELF AND BUMPED INTO HER. SHE WAS LOOKING REALLY BEAUTIFUL TODAY AND I COULDN'T STOP MY SELF FROM STARING AT HER. HER HARSH WORDS WERE LIKE MUSIC TO MY EARS.
Suddenly my senses came crashing back to me commenting her " I'm sorry by the way you look gorgeous today. See you around . " I decided to mark her mine smirking I walked off from there.
Walking to the parking lot I met my brother who was lazily sitting on the car bonnet.
" Why have you called me out you know we have class to attend bro."
Seeing me coming a lazy smirked was plastered on his face. " Well I have some interesting news for you brother want to know. "
" If you insist brother please do the honors. " I smirked with same mischief two can play.
"If you say so ...." he turned to his serious self in seconds.
"You're arrange to marriage to Mrs. And Mr. Perez daughter."
All color drained from my face it would be an understatement to say that my world crashed down everything was upside down this can't happen I have found my mate I can't marry anyone else for anyone sake .
In a shaky voice I announced " But I have found my mate."
"Oo... may I know who is your mate Ian." Brandon asked mockingly.
" Umm..you see ..." I scratch my neck not knowing what to do. "Tell me brother you are in some good shit."
" Well Emmaismymate." " What are you saying speak slowly idiot. "
I let out a long breath and said "Emma , Emma is my mate ."
"EMMMMMA , ZOE'S FRIEND AND MAY I HAVE THE KNOW HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT SHE IS YOUR MATE ." Brandon asked raising his voice.
"Well last night I..I umm I mean we uh .. we kind .......of of ...."
" You better speak clearly brother in one sentence don't test my patience. " he ordered taking a long breath .
" We kind of hit it last night that's when I realized she is my mate ."
He laughed he fucking laughed like full blown laughter I was standing there looking at him dumb found. Like what the hell is he laughing at it got me all boiled up in anger " What the actual fuck are you laughing at."
" You ha haah... h look at haha... you.... at you face . . ..... " I gave him my don't mess with me face he slowly sobered from his laughing feast and lifted his hands as surrendering " ok ok.... ok... well I was just pulling your leg . "
" That means everything was a joke ." I said gritting my teeth he is going to pay for this..
"Huh ... no no no your marriage is happening brother...... I was just messing with your you know mate part ..." " Your baste......" he silence me by holding me by my shoulders. " listen to me Mrs and Mr. Perez daughter's name is Emma Perez. "
"Huh..." I asked confused. "Yes idiot Emma is the one you are getting married to. " he said shaking his head . It toke me a while to process what he said .
And when it sink in believe me I was the happiest man alive on earth well never mind.....
" Come let's go " he announced moving to the drivers side of the car . " Where ? " " Father has asked for your presence time to work. " he suddenly turned serious. Something I was missing at well time to be on duty then ... I nodded and he started the car .
