Next Morning -

As Luis wakes up the memories from last night started to flood back.

I hope today's activities with Ashely keep my mind off things…

As Luis gets out of the bed to check around the house to see if his mom has made it home, he realizes it's just him.

It seems like she never made it home last night. Luis then heads to the bathroom to wash his face and change before the day begins.

I wonder what time Ashely wanted to go out. I should send her a text after I'm done

( ring ring ring )

Hello, mom, why haven't you made it home yet? Is everything okay at work?

( mom ) Yeah, we have a big project that we've been working on and I end up falling asleep at the office. I wanted to give you a call to check up on you.

( Luis ) Im fine just getting ready to go hang out with a friend

( mom ) is it that boy I met the other day?

( Luis ) no, mom, he isn't my friend

( Mom ) okay okay lol, did you need money when you go out

( Luis ) no, I have some, I think I should be good

( mom ) did you eat last night

( Luis )

( mom ) you didn't eat, did you? I told you Luis you need to make sure you eat

( Luis ) Sorry, I was busy and I forgot but I'll get something now

( Mom ) Okay, if you need me give me a call. Love you bye.

( Luis ) love you too mom

End call

Later that day, Ashely ended up texting Luis about meetings at L mall. Where they spend several hours shopping and just looking around

( Luis ) Thank you, Ashely this was so much fun… I really needed this

( Ashely ) Im glad you enjoyed it, it was a lot of fun huh?

( Luis ) - smiles at Ashely - I'm really glad we are friends. To be honest, I'm not good with people.

( Ashely ) I've would have never guessed lol…What did you want to eat im hungry from all that shopping?

( Luis ) yeah, my tummy feels like it's eating itself

( Ashely ) your funny - pinch's his checks - ooo I know the perfect place it just opens up and I've been dying to try it

( Luis ) sounds like a plan to me

Both Ashely and Luis end up walking to the restaurant having a good time laughing and joking around

( Ashely ) there it is

( Luis ) wow, this is nice

( Ashely ) I know right, This is on me

( Luis ) are you sure

(Ashely pinches Luis and checks - yes silly no worry, I got this plus I was the one that asked you to come out.

( Luis ) Thank you

As they both walked into the restaurant, a waiter ends up taking them to their sets

( Luis and Ashely ) thank you, sir

( waiter ) your welcome * this guy is so cute I wonder if I can get his number before he leaves *

He smiles at Luis and walks away for a bit so they have time to look at their menus

( Ashely ) order whatever you want and don't be shy

( Luis ) - in a low voice - okay

They both took their time looking at the different options they had and decided onng spaghetti and tacos.

( waiter ) Hello, again I hope you were able to find something you guess you are interested in trying.

( Ashely ) yes, Thank you, sir, can I get some spaghetti and a sprit

( waiter ) and for you

( Luis ) may I have some tacos with extra avocado and a glass of water?

( waiter ) yes, sir. If you don't mind me asking can I get your name?

( Luis ) u Ummm it's Luis, sir

( waiter ) Luis my name is Daniel, I'll be out with your food in a bit.

Ashely looks over at Luis and smiles

I think the waiter likes you, Luis.

( Luis ) why would you think that

( Ashely ) Hello, Luis, I'm right here and he didn't even ask for my name. Plus the whole time we've been sitting here he's been looking and smiling at you

( Luis ) I don't know. Maybe he's trying to be nice

( Ashely ) whatever you say lol

As Ashely and Luis were waiting on their food he noticed Yaus walking in with some friends and a girl all over his arm with her breast hanging out.

( Luis ) * great I was fine all day and he shows up. How is he able to ask me out last night and the next day have a girl all over him like this?

The waiter takes Yaus and his friends to the table right next to Ashely and Luis. As the waiter takes them to their seats, Yaus notices Luis sitting with some girl. Yaus prettied like he didn't even care that Luis was there and just kept laughing and having fun with his friends.

( Ashely ) great, Yaus is here and all his loud friends it's not like they are the only ones here.

( Luis )

( Ashely ) Luis...., Luis are you okay?

( Luis ) yeah, im fine sorry

( Daniel ) Hello, Im back with your food. We have spaghetti for the lovely lady and you Luis I have tacos with extra avocados.

Daniel bends down to Luis's ear

Is there anything else I can get you ( with a smile )

As this is happening Yaus can see this from the corner of his eye and his facial expression changes when he sees the waiter being all flirty with Luis.

( Luis ) n noo sir

( Daniel ) now you are hurting my feelings, I've already told you my name - smiles at Luis

( Luis ) n n noo Daniel im good thank you

( Daniel ) Okay, I'll be back to check up on you my sweet little Luis. Bye for now

( Ashely ) Luis, you should get his number before we leave look how handsome he is

( Luis ) I don't know about that

As Luis and Ashely are talking Yaus can overhear everything that's being said. His mood changes from happy to cold quickly.

( girl ) Daddy, are you planning to let me come over tonight? I know your father left for a business trip and we can have some fun tonight. Please I have a very sexy outfit I think you would love to see it on me. Plus you can rip it off of me.

( Yaus )

( girl ) Yaus did you hear me

( Yaus ) okay

- Luis can overhear the conversation as the girl asks Yaus if she can come over later on today

( Luis ) * I think I lost my appetite

( Ashely ) Hey, Luis are you okay? You look pale.

( Luis ) yeah, I'm fine, let's eat

30 minutes after they finish eating, waiter Daniel heads to their table to see if they want dessert.

( Ashely ) did you want any dessert Luis

( Luis ) I'm okay * honestly, I'm ready to go I can't stand seeing that girl and Yaus together anymore plus he hasn't even said one word to me *

( Daniel ) Okay, I'll get your payment then is this toge

( Ashely ) It's together

( Daniel ) Okay, I'll be right back

As the waiter heads to get their check so they can pay and leave, Luis notices that the girl that's with Yaus starts kissing all over his neck. Yaus is letting her do this while he is talking and laughing with his friends.

( Daniel ) Here is the check and for you Luis I wrote my number down. I hope we can go on a date.

( Luis ) - He was so upset because Yaus just confessed to him yesterday saying he is the only one he wants and today he has another girl kissing all over him

Thank you Daniel I would love to go on a date with you - saying it out loud so yaus can hear -

I don't know a lot of people since I just moved here

( Daniel ) Okay, So you just moved here then

( Luis ) Yeah

Daniel lends down to Luis I get off soon if you like I can walk you home, Ashely standing right next to them

( Ashely ) I think that is a terrific idea. You should let Daniel walk you home.

( Luis ) umm It's okay, you don't have to do that Daniel

( Daniel ) It's not a big deal please. I would love to get to know you a little more and we can plan out our data.

( Luis ) Okay, sure….. I'll just wait outside

( Daniel ) okay, give me 5 mins

( Luis ) okay - and walks outs

( Luis ) * my chest is beating so fast, I can't believe I just did that

( Ashely - comes out of the restaurant - Luiss Look at you im so happy for you. Plus that guy is super hot

( Luis ) I I don't know Ashely

( Ashely ) You got this Luis, he seems like he likes you

( Luis ) Yeah, Im just nervous

( Ashely ) You got this Luis

( Luis ) Thank you for today. I had a lot of fun.

( Ashely ) Me too, Night Luis and lends in to give him a hug

Ashely and Luis split ways,

After Ashely leaves not much longer Daniel walks out

( Daniel ) are you ready

( Luis ) Yeah, you really don't have to walk me home

( Daniel ) you are so cute. I know I don't have to walk you home but I want to

As Daniel and Luis were sitting there talking Yaus walks out with his friends and that girl all over him as he looks at Luis.

( Luis ) Hey Daniel let's go

As they both started to walk away Yaus walks in front of Luis

( Yaus ) where are you going

( Daniel ) Do you know him, Luis

( Luis frozen in place slowly looks over to Daniel he's..... Someone... I did a class assignment with... I don't really know him..

Luis then grads Daniel's hands and runs off

( Daniel ) are you okay? What's with that guy

( Luis ) He's just someone that won't leave me alone

( Daniel ) is he picking on you, I can

( Luis ) Noo, it's fine... Can we change the subject, please

( Daniel ) Sure, so how old are you

( Luis ) Im 14 what about you

( Daniel ) I just turned 16 the other day

While Daniel walked Luis home, they exchanged a few questions about one another. When Luis reaches his front door Daniel leads in and kisses Luis right on his cheek.

( Daniel ) Thank you for allowing me to walk you home and I cant wait to see you again

( Luis) T Thank you so much for walking me home. I better get going, bye

And they went their separate ways

( Luis ) * o man it's been a long day and I'm exhausted. I think I'm going to take a walk, I need to clear my head.

* I don't know if it was a wise idea to take that guy's number, but I only did it because I was mad*
