I rolled my eyes as Damien paced from one end of the room to another, muttering to himself. The covers of the bed I sat on were tossed and crumpled, we were having so much fun till one of his men came to give a report.

/"Damien/"

I just barely dodged the vase that came straight for my head, it shattered as it came into contact with the large headboard behind me. I could not help but wince as I felt some of the pieces make their mark against my bare back. The bed was now littered with the tiny shattered remains of the vase. I ignored his eyes, as they tried their best to burn holes into my back and moved over to the chair beside the bed.

/"Do you know what your actions could have cost me?/"

/"What I did just goes to show that it works! I have created a way that ensures we win!/"

/"And what if Sapphire had been killed?/"
