Wang Jie's perception slowed down to a crawl leaving him enough time to contemplate what had happened.
He was simply trying to explain the situation to his wives and somehow manage to gain a new set of rewards!
He felt like it was spoiling him far too much simply because he was genuinely putting the well being of his wives above his ambition.

The only thing he dislikes about it is the immaturity and pettiness of cultivators who don't uphold Integrity, honor and justice driven solely by their desire for power, money and vanity.
Regardless, his ambition was nothing more than another path for him to walk and his true wish to continue is to cherish those that he loved.
Not to mention, Wang Jie hoped that one day he would be able to stride above the world and be able to return to Earth and find his Su Qin.
At first he was afraid that his two wives would react negatively to what he needed to do to gain more power but fortunately they agreed rather easily.

He rejected most requests except for one person. The daughter of the Tianlong Emperor's fourth wife, Tianlong Yue.
Wang Jie had met her when they were young and got along quite well even Zhang Mei and Liu Ying treated her like a little sister.
Tianlong Yue was a timid young girl that eventually grew to be a headstrong woman, currently the saintess of the Purple Blossom Sect, top five strongest sect. She was around the Late Heavenly Essence Realm the last time he saw her.
The reason why she joined the sect was because she wanted to become stronger and prove to Wang Jie she was worthy to be with him. He didn't stop her and found that sect would help her grow.
Wang Jie never joined any sect, putting his time on studying and working for her father to protect his mother from their other family members.
His mother fortunately came from a rather powerful clan a bit weaker than Chen but still isn't pushed over and didn't receive direct confrontation.
However, Wang Jie didn't want to lose face and stayed with the family until the unexpected incident. Fortunately, he already secured everything and it was all according to his plan.
As someone who can sympathize with Tianlong Yue since she was the daughter of the Emperor's fourth wife meant she was discriminated against by her family and never treated as if she didn't share the same blood as them!
Frankly, she was simply used for political stunts since she wasn't that remarkable compared to her other siblings until she met Wang Jie.
It was disrespectful that Tianlong Yue was given to Wang Jie when she was labeled as good for nothing by her family and simply used as a tool to keep their relationship and face towards the Chen Family.
Unfortunately for them, Wang Jie preferred someone like Tianlong Yue and the young woman eventually fell in love with Wang Jie because of his kindness and words of encouragement that broke out of her shell.
And as expected due to the incident on one of the royal princes, their engagement was removed and Wang Jie was uncertain if she had heard of the news considering the day when everything happened was the same day she decided to cultivate in seclusion.
Wang Jie requested not to disturbed her and let her continue her own path without him. He did love her but Wang Jie didn't want her to abandon the things that she worked hard to achieve.
Ever since she became more confident and showed great talent was able to gain more standing in her family and eventually receive some privileges, especially her mother.
Wang Jie deeply sighed thinking how once Tianlong Yue finished her cultivation and received the news would surely try to find him which is why he told her father and gave him a letter addressed to her.
"Are you sure it's fine?"
He returned to his normal perception and once again asked them for reassurance, wishing to confirm that they weren't simply agreeing because they felt obligated and not their true feelings.
"I think it's fine? I mean Xiao (little) Yue'er will eventually come here once she heard the news."
Liu Ying said thinking about how charming their Husband was and had an amazing character that comes with it!
They trust Wang Jie wouldn't abandon one over the other and would give them the same amount of love as one has.
"You shouldn't worry too much and we will stay by your side no matter what." Zhang Mei smiled, reassuring him of his trouble and Wang Jie sighed, walking over wrapping his arms around them.
"I have said it once and I'll say it again. I'm lucky to have you two as my wives." Wang Jie's heart still longs for his first love, Su Qin, who is currently on earth.
He already conquered his inner demons about Su Qin and vowed to find a way to bring her with him even if he had to travel through time and space or the cycle of reincarnation to reunite with her.

Wang Jie wanted to be a grand reveal but he believed that this was the right time. Zhang Mei and Liu Ying had to process everything, getting overwhelmed by the news causing tears of joy to flow down their eyes.
"Is it true!? Didn't we Dual Cultivate? Shouldn't our seed turn into nothing more than Qi?"
Zhang Mei was more knowledgeable unlike Liu Ying and recalled how Dual Cultivator rarely would bear any children since their seed would turn to nourishment for their body allowing them to cultivate.
"It's because the cultivation technique we use is different from normal." Wang Jie gave a simple answer and gently rubbed their abdomen. Though, it hadn't formed but he knew that his child was coming soon.
"Shouldn't we celebrate!?" Liu Ying asked while Wang Jie chuckled at this.
"Sure, you two go ahead and clean yourself. There is something I need to show you." Wang Jie said and they nodded since their body aroma smelled like cum from all the action last night.
He saw them swaying their hips while heading to the bathroom to wash themselves. There was a well inside their home allowing them easy access to water. Wang Jie deeply sighed then walk over to the porch to sat down.
'Yi'er can you show me my reward?' Wang Jie called out to his assistant who squealed in excitement.
