The Tri-State Enclave

An expedition sent to the remnants of Tennessee in the year 2235 from Control Station ENCLAVE (CSE) comprised of 80 service members, 10 gunship vertibirds, and 60 suits of Advanced Powered Armor Mk. II.

Primary Objectives-

Locate any traces of advanced medical technology from the ruins Nashville and retrieve them for further examination and use.

Locate any traces of advanced military grade technology and/or research from the ruins of Oak Ridge and retrieve them for further examination and use.

Investigate Knoxville Army Depot for any traces of F.E.V. and gather samples for further study if found.

Early years-

2236: Arrived in East Tennessee and made way to Middle Tennessee. Located a partially built bunker (designated as Bunker Omicron) in the town of Franklin on the outskirts of Nashville (now known as Nash City to the locals). Limited construction efforts to finish and fix the residential level start and end during the summer months. The bunker becomes operational on September 5th. The bunker becomes fully inhabited and is put to use a week later.

2237-2239: The bunker suffers major damage when a portion collapses in on itself (no servicemen were harmed). Primary objectives were halted until equipment needed to excavate and reconstruct the wing were found. The wing is restored and back to being operational. More data and information about the area was collected by our scouts.

2240: A verti-assault team is sent to clear out the tribal forces that inhabit the overgrown ruins of Oak Ridge (which they call T'ach Iph). The tribals land a few lucky shots on the soldiers with their sacred boom-sticks but eventually are eliminated. The team retrieved various records and data as well as a few physical objects that is brought back and studied. Digital information is relayed back to CSE.

2241: An elite infiltration division enters the ruins of Nashville to navigate around the various groups vying for power in order to reach Vander Research Center. Most medical data was lost to the war but some could be retrieved. Digital information is relayed back to CSE.

2242: A 3 verti-assault teams are sent to the ruins of Knoxville to investigate the Army Depot. Half of the facility is a crater. Logs from an intact terminal states that immediately after the war, the American forces staying in there witnessed a scientist get covered in F.E.V. and result in the horrible abomination that was a Super Mutant. They disposed of him, set, and detonated charges throughout the facility after evacuating to another military complex. Contact is lost from CSE. Mass panic ensues within the bunker.
