He's here!

The sun already rose to the sky. Rays of sunlight coming from the windows kissed 'good morning' to Eri's white skin. Birds started tweeting.

She woke up from all the noises coming from the hallways and downstairs, yawned then got out of the bed. She went to the room's bathroom where she washed her face and did some other bathroom stuff.

Zach and Kiel were sipping some coffee, sitting on the sofa and watching TV. Oliviane was in the kitchen as well as Reijah who was watching her cook the morning meal. The smell of pancakes and waffles drove Eri -walking downstairs- to the kitchen.

"Hmm... Good morning Oliviane and Reijah!" Eri greeted and sat beside Reijah.

"In a better mood, eh?" Reijah then continued sipping his coffee. Eri smiled at him as a response.

Abruptly, someone burst to the front door and ruined the morning with a news. He looked very tired, his body full of sweat.

"What's the sudden rush in Stefhan?" Zach asked, startled by the guy showing up unexpectedly.

Still painting, Stefhan said "There's something bad happened on our patrol last night"

"What do you mean?" Kiel questioned then took a sip.

"Fourth is-" Stepfhan was interrupted by the lady who came into the room all of a sudden.

"Who's this guy?" Eri questioned, noticing the new guy in the room.

"He's just another friend of ours. Can you leave the room because this is private talk?" stated Kiel.

"No! Don't leave, Miss" Stefhan cut in. "Who is she?"

Zach sighed deeply then responded "She's Daeseerie Sapphire-". When Stepfan was about to say something, Zach read his mind then stopped him from doing so. Eri felt something strange about them. She released a sigh then left the room.

"What about Fourth? What happened to him?" Kiel asked, remembering to turn off the TV.

"Fourth is gone" Stefhan sighed "As well as other 'Vampire Patrols' in the said area. We still don't know who or what did it but one things is for sure. He or she or it shall be eliminated"

Zach smirked then clenched his fists. "He's back!"

The guys in the living room discussing the incident didn't know that Eri was listening to them.

"Wait what? Are they serious about this? Vampires and werewolves?" she said to herself. She noticed they were coming their way so she decided to walk out of the room , into the kitchen where the two are.

"You OK?" Oliviane asked, noticing Eri's problematic look.

"Yep, I'm just so hungry" she answered, obviously pretending.

"Well, breakfast is ready," Reijah stated.

"Tsk... I know what that face means. Tell me what's bugging you Eri" Oliviane told.

"Zach and Kiel are weird" Eri said.

"What do you mean? All of us are weird in our own ways" Oliviane stated.

"Nevermind me. Let's just prepare the long table" told Eri.

Eri, Reijah, and Oliviane prepared the long tables which was filled with morning meals. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, fruits, bread decorated the table as well as plates, spoons, and forks.

"Hey! Hmm... I bet the food is good" Kiel appeared at the door. The smell of the food ran to his nose which made him think that he's more energetic.

"Where's Zach?" Eri asked, sitting on one of the chairs. She felt weird, is she worrying for Zach because she knew the truth? Or is it something else?

Kiel's face turned blank when Eri said those words. He is worried for his brother. He smiled at Eri and sighed deeply. "He already left, he's into important stuff".

Everyone sat down and started to chomp. But they noticed Eri who was not eating, thinking something or someone. "What's the matter? Don't you like the food?" Oliviane questioned.

"That's not it. I don't know but I'm getting worried" Eri responded then took an apple. She took a bite.

"About Zach, eh?" Kiel stated and made a big smile on his face. "I never thought someone would like that jerk"

Oliviane and Reijah just laughed while Eri was still in a state of despair. "Is it true that you're all vampires? That I'm not dreaming?" Eri just asked out of the blue which startled everyone. "Is it true that I'm the lost princess of the werewolves?"

"Wait! What? We're vampires? If we are, we're supposed to drink blood now" Reijah said.

"Don't fool me anymore because I have heard the conversation between Zach, Kiel and Stefhan. So stop" she stated. She grabbed a knife then wounded her arm. Everybody started to drool.

"Stop that Eri!" Oliviane protested.

"Blood thirst. Am I right?" Eri told.

"Yeah! Fine! We're vampires. And now we'll have to eat you" Reijah revealed. Oliviane struck his head. "Oww! Just kidding".

Eri left then headed to her room. She sighed, knowing what she heard is true. She cleansed her wound and wrapped it with a dressing.

"She knows , Zach. She knows already" a voice in the phone said that Zach is holding.

"So what are you going to do now Zach?" Stefhan asked, walking beside him.

"I don't know" Zach answered as he turned off his phone.

They kept walking until they reached their destination: A cave served as one of the vampires' hideout. Zach was right, he expected this to happen, he knew they'll all turn their backs on him. He got blindfolded. And when the blindfold was grabbed from his head, a man sitting in front of him made his eyes deadly as hell and as sharp as a dagger.

"Philipe! You darn bastard!" he shouted with all of his anger.

"Where's my dear Eri ? And everyone's life in here will be spared" Philipe stated.

"As it if I'm just going to surrender her, you jerk"

"I guess everyone in here will die," Philipe said, then grabbed a knife from his pocket. Zach clenched his fists and punched him on the face. He held Philipe's shirt as his eyes turned to bloody red full of anger.

"I'm the one who should be the one who's mad now. You stole the girl of my dreams, my fiance. I'm just getting her back, idiot!" He mercilessly threw the knife to one of the vampires and killed him off.

Zach knew the vampires didn't really turn their backs on him. If they did, Alphilipe is already in their house.

"I didn't steal her from you. What the hell are you talking about? For centuries, you jerk. Can't you already stop. Eri isn't a thing, she's not a property. No one owns her, if she chooses me instead of you freakin' bastart, can't you accept that?You're the stupid one"

"I don't care of what you're saying. I just want her back!" he shouted then headed out of the cave. Zach warned the others not to interfere. Then he left the cave, too. Philipe already turned into a wolf even though there was no moon. It's furious green eyes were staring sharply at Zach. It charged towards him then barked. It produced high sound waves that caused Zach to get pushed to the cave wall, hardly to break his body. He held his hands crossed, covering his face. He gained strength, suddenly he flew to the wolf and kicked him as hard as he could. Philipe, the dark wolf, charged again to him and bit his chest. It started raining.

Zach grabbed a dagger and immediately injured the wolf. The wolf ran away in defeat for his true powers weren't fully awakened. He promised to come back and kill Zach.

Zach panted heavily then lost consciousness. His men carried him back to the cave and treated his wounds.

Eri felt something strange. She felt an abrupt current of electricity suddenly striking from nowhere. Her heartbeat became faster. She ran out of the room and descended the stairs.

"Eri, are you okay?" Kiel said who was about to go upstairs to check on her.

"Zach. I feel something strange. There is something that happened to him" she said. Unknowingly, tears flowed down her face like a waterfall.

Kiel's worries for his brother became big as his heart continued to pound faster. "Calm down, we'll contact him first" he responded.

He grabbed his phone from his pocket then dialed his brother's number.

"The number you have dialed can't be reached. Please try again later" the voice on the phone said.

"Shit! He can't be contacted " Kiel told.

"What's happening here? Are you two alright?" Oliviane said, Reijah on his side.

"We feel something terrible going on. We tried dialing Zach's number but he can't be contacted. '' Kiel answered, "I'm worried for my brother".

"Maybe he's busy with his work or something. Let him be" Reijah believed.

"Please, we need to check if he's alright" Eri stated, "Can we?"

"You shall stay here with Kiel. Your safety is our priority. We can't break the curse if he gets you again" Oliviane said.

"B-but I need to go, too"

"Eri, don't worry. Reijah and I will make sure he's okay. You can stay here. I shan't permit you to go out because it's too risky" Oliviane stated.

"We should go now, big sis," Reijah told Oliviane.

"Alright. Be careful and come back here alive" Kiel warned.

"Be careful," added Eri.

The two already left but she continued to be alarmed. She ran in circles in the living room, with the TV turned on. Kiel was there too, watching TV.

"Hey! He'll be alright. Nothing is going to happen" Kiel tried to calm her down.

"Yeah... They call him the 'Prince of Darkness' for something , right?"

"Of course. Let's have trust in them. My brother is strong"

Oliviane and Reijah did promise to Eri that they'll be checking Zach if he's alright but they don't know how to start with no information in hand. They decided to check the caves first.

They already checked three but no Zach found them until they reached the fourth one.

"Do you know where Zach is?" Reijah asked fellow vampires in the cave. All of them pointed in one direction. The two went in that direction and discovered Zach sleeping. Some parts of his body were covered in dressing. They knew he was injured. Eri was right as well as Kiel.

"What happened to him?" Reijah asked in disbelief "Who the hell did this to him?"

"Alphilipe did it" a voice from the other room said. Reijah followed voice and was shocked to see that someone.

"Quinton! You're here! As in real here! What are you doing here?"

"Reijah, bro! I didn't expect you here. I was sent here by Mr. Eclipsei, Zach's father"

"I see... Why would he do that?"

"I don't know," Quint sighed. They knew Zach's father wasn't that kind of man. He's one of the main causes of suffering. He's the leader of the blood thirsty vampires who attacked the town once.

The vampires are divided into two groups: Mr. Eclipsei's and Zach's . Mr. Eclipsei's group contains blood thirsty vampires who always kill humans for blood. They live in the mountains. Zach's group has vampires who can control their thirst for blood and blend with humans in the society. They get blood supplies from hospitals and do not kill humans.

"You're not here for humans, aren't you?"

"Nope. Of course not, I thought of joining you guys but I can't just leave the group. I promise I won't kill a single human again after that incident"

"Tsk... You better do that or I'll be the one who'll kill you"

"I promise"

"Who's that Alphilipe?"

"You live with Zach and yet he didn't tell you about him?"

"Just tell who's that"

"Alphilipe is the leader of the dark wolves, one of the cursed three of fate and the killer of Zach and his girl of both the past and the future. Philipe's and Zach's powers aren't fully awakened. Zach is more superior now. But I'm afraid that once the three reunite, their powers will fully awaken. Philipe will be the most powerful. Once the three are reunited, the girl must pick someone. If that someone is Zach. They'll both get killed and Philipe will lose his powers again, coming to sleep until the two reincarnate again. The two will get named by their same names again, forcing the parents by magic. Even though they're human in form, they'll still have their powers once they come back to their tribe and get their memories back. The cycle just repeats itself until the curse is broken"

"How to break the curse?"

"I don't really know but Zach and the girl must figure it out to stop the cycle
