A magical night

Jeneya's POV

I tried to ignore the sound of my heart beating so fast as I twirled in front of the mirror adjusting the laces of my dress . I know I told Jayden to mind his own but really I'm so nervous. I mean it's Shawn I'm going with. I have every right to be a nervous wreck. He's been sitting in the living for a while now . I'm actually done getting ready but I need some time to calm my heart down. You can't blame a girl for getting all excited for going with her crush. I know I saw him often but it's different this time . Fortunately he's very patient, he didn't rush me at all so I can take my time . After gathering all my courage, I pull myself together and went out of the room .

Shawn was sitting there with my mom ,looking dashing in his suit as expected. He could wear a rug and he'd still rock it .
