Jealous!

There at the doorstep step Nicole and Ashton stood while holding eachothers. He just bend his hand in front of him in a manner that she can easily able to hold his right arm with her left hand. Then they entered into the hall where two waiters are welcomed them to the party. When they entered all eyes were on them because both were looking absolutely stunning and perfect match for eachothers. Obviously the people can easily recognise them because both are belongs to the most wealthiest family of the country.

On the other side including Alexander and Ace all other business partner's eyes were also on them. Alexander is now holding an awestruck expression on his face as if he saw something very exquisite thing in front of him. She just was looking like a living goddess. How can someone be this much pretty he thought. When he was just keep staring at her from up and down suddenly his eyes caught something at that time and then he just started to curse in his mind instantly, "Why the hell they are holding each other's arms!"

Unknowingly Alex was holding his wine glass so tightly that it can broke into pieces at any moment. Yes, he knew Ashton very well because he is Ava's childhood best friend and like a brother to him but what is the relationship between him and Nicole? He thought to himself.

But when Ace saw her he felt some type of connection with her. It's like he knows her. It's so strange he thought. He never saw Nicole directly but only saw her in news, magazines or the news papers. But why is she looking very familiar to him?

On the other side without any second thought Alex just strode towards them quickly. He couldn't bear to saw their close proximity any further.

Was not he planned to make her fall for him? But why it's like he is slowly slowly getting caught in his own trap? He should not be getting jealous because she is holding any other man's arm.But within his thoughts he didn't noticed that he had already reached near them very quickly.

"Hey bro! How are you?" Ashton asked him in a very excited manner. Alexander is like a role model for Ashton and has a very great admiration towards him. He always saw him as his big brother and Ava as his sister.

"I'm ok! Tell me how are you doing these days?" Alex asked him.Still there is some hint of jealousy is present in his voice because even if he is standing with them but still Nicole is holding Ashton's arm and also Ashton seems to have no problem with it.

"Just came from a very long business trip bro!"

"Ohh...I see!"

"By the way bro did you meet my sweetheart or not?" Ashton asked him without thinking that what he had said already. Alex just suspiciously narrowed his eyes at him. He just chuckled at him by looking at his expression.

"Meet her bro! My sweetheart Nicole Parker my another best friend. Of course you should know her." He told him aiming his hands towards her. What! sweetheart? But why he has to even call her that. For god's sake she has a name!

Nicole who was just drooling in her mind that how good Alexander is looking tonight just came out of her own thinking world.

"Uh...did you say something Ash?" Nicole who didn't listen any bit of their conversation now wan in total confusion. Alexander groaned more inwardly when he heard her calling him in a short name. Couldn't they just call eachothers with their normal names!

"Yes, I know her Ashton. She is my student in the university and also my sister's bestfriend." Alex told him while trying to remain in a calm state.

"Student?" Ashton asked him getting confused a bit. He didn't know till now that he is the new professor of their university. Then Nicole explained him everything and then only he come to understand about the whole thing.

"Wow big bro! it means you are our new professor for the next six months. It's indeed very great." Ashton genuinely praised him. He was a very friendly with a funny type person and it's the major reason that he managed to create a very friendly environment around him unlike Alexander who is very less talkative with cold nature with intimidating appearance. But only for the outsiders. But for his family members and close friends he is just a normal person around them. And also Ashton knows what type of guy is the Alexander so he never felt intimidating around him but if there is any other person in the place of him then the person would think twice before he make some conversation with him.

"Umm...Alex where is Ava?" Nicole finally made a conversation with him and then he glanced towards her directly but not in a smiling or a smirking face that he usually shows to her but held a very cold glare in his eyes. Then his eyes shifted from her face to her hand which was still holding Ashton's arm and than again at her face. Suddenly she felt chills running down her spine and at the same time felt very intimidating around him. But still she couldn't guess that why is he looking at her in this way.

But he never replied her but openly ignored her and called a butler and told him to show them the Ava's room.Then the butler nodded at him and turned towards both Nicole and Ashton and lead them towards the Ava's room.

Nicole couldn't understand why is he avoiding her? Did she made any mistake? But still can't figure out the reason of his cold behaviour towards her.

Even she and Ashton have already left the place where they were having the conversation with Alexander and following the butler but then also she didn't leave Ashton's arm till now gaining a sharp glare from Alexander who was still keep on looking at their retreating back. Subconsciously his fingers formed into a hard fist as if he is ready to punch someone on his face directly.

When both best friends reached in front of Ava's room the butler made a knock on her door and then from the inside Ava just said them to come in.

Then both entered into her room. Ava was now sitting in front of the mirror while the women were doing her hairs. She still didn't know that they are here. And after some moments she heard a very familiar voice. "Hey, buddy!"

When she looked through the mirror that saw the person she got very very very much surprised at the moment. Suddenly she got up from her place, ran towards him and hugged Ashton very tightly.

"What a surprise buddy!"...
