As the party continued Father Smith took the chance to announce the impending union of his beloved daughter and the second son of Brown family, which surprisingly will be held in two weeks to come.

This news was shocking to everyone but also a hot gossip, not just the guests but also the reporters who were invited to the party, the daughter of a big shot in the city was about to get married that too in few weeks to come.

Hearing that Leon's hand that was still on Emily's waist suddenly felt cold he didn't expect this news, his face became pale and he seem conflicted, Emily was no different she stood still like a robot her face blank showing no emotion but only she knew how chaotic she felt inside. She was getting married that too in next two weeks? that was so unexpected but very expected from her cunning father.

after the announcement was made Mr Smith got many congratulations wishes from the guests who also gave their blessings to the couple who helplessly accept them. Mr Smith seem to notice their unusual quietness but didn't bother about it.

Later on after the party end and most of the guests started leaving, Father Brown decided to join Mr Smith who was basking with joy, after suddenly dropping the bomb.

" It looks like you are really desperate to steal my son" Mr Brown finally said what he had been thinking all along,

He knew he was never a good father to the boy and when he finally realize his mistake someone had already took his place.

The man had completely taken Leon's attention enough not to spare any chance for him,

These past few months he had become so envious of their relationship, the two seem more close than he was to his son since that night when Leon proposed to Emilia he would spend most of his time with Mr Smith, he would go with him almost everywhere, they did go to sports stadium watch football together practicing yoga and sometimes grandpa Smith would join them, they would even go to the gym together,

Mr Smith challenged Leon into playing golf which he gladly accept before teasing him.

" Don't back out later on old man!" Leon said teasingly earning a sneer from him before he said

" Old man we will see who is old one after the game" Mr Smith said clearly taking the challenge seriously.

Mr Brown was invited too together with some other rich men who were into the game and after some preparation the men started playing

Mr Brown was together with his son whom gladly enjoyed his company,

you would never look twice to agree on that both father and son made a good team, they were so good at shooting for their target eventually they end up winning the game over the their opponent, after winning the challenge they involuntary high five before feeling awkward afterwards.

"That was a good game" Mr Brown happily praising how good they played, he seem to want to make a small talk

" Yes dad it sure was" Leon said formally agreeing to him.

before he could say anything else, Leon had already left, immediately he went to Mr Smith taking him by his shoulder like an old friend of his, it was time to make fun of the old man after winning their challenge.

Teasing each other like teenage boys, seeing that Mr Brown was greatly hurt his son was acting like a stranger to him and when he had just started longing for son's affection he gave it to others.

Leon has truly grown up into a fine young man that too all by himself he was so filial compare to his dear son Richard who would never spare time for him unless it involves money or business while his other son was another thing he did better spent time clubbing than spend time with him.

Being with Leon these past few months he realized what he had missed all these years, despite his busy schedule Leon would daily go to his father's office and ask the assistant to bring him food

"I said I am okay Leonard I will just eat later"Mr Brown would say.

" And I am not taking a no for an answer we are going to eat that's final ..besides it lunchtime, come on dad work is important but not more important than your health you need to take care of yourself" Leon would insist as he nag him like a child and eventually he would end up giving in to him, Leon wouldn't just stop at that, he would also nag his secretary and assistant to take care of his father.

Those were good memories that he had with his son wierdly making him more greedy for his affection and possessiveness of him.

Mr Brown looked at Mr Smith as if he was his love rival making the man chuckle in the process, he knew that the man had started regretting his decision of abandoning his son but what can he do Mr Smith was very fond of the young man.

" You have no idea Mr Brown I feel like getting them married right now so we did be even more closer, only after their marriage I will be calm.. you see Leon is such good boy, I did want to have a son like him if I were to have any, believe me man if I didn't have a daughter I would have done everything so that I could adopt him, but here I am my daughter made things easier for me now I'm going to have a son-in-law whom I can watch football matches together whenever we want or we can go to the hotspring again or even a sauna" Mr Smith continued to stab knives to the poor man's bleeding heart,

Mr Smith smiled happily as he remember the last time they had shared a bath together, Leon was a bit hesitant at first but then he saw no harm in it so he joined the man, unknown to him the old man's eyes were on his shaft his eyes almost popped out their socket in astonishment, the size was no joke as a man he was envious, he grinned quietly praying for his daughter.

Remembering their happy moments together Mr Smith did not regret threatening him into marrying his daughter, he thought happily.

Emilia and Leonard were both sitting beside each other quietly looking at the man ( Mr Smith), ever since the announcement was made they were both so quiet, who would have thought that they did get married so soon, the chaos inside them was so great making it way on their faces.

" Why!... were you not serious when you said you did get married?" Mr Smith asked in disbelief when he saw their hesitation and unwillingness.

" That is not what I mean... well actually I didn't just come here for my family I had some business which I have been attending to and I can't abandon it just yet, I must go back after two weeks and after that then I will find a way to handle it from here " Leon said thoughtful not to make the man suspicious of him.
