" Yes grandma I am Jade, I never thought you liked my drawings that much, next time I will make sure to bring a special one for you" Leon said humbly as he tried to entertain his hardcore fan.

Grandma Smith seem satisfied and very happy to hear that.

"You are real her idol?" grandpa Smith asked curiously looking doubtfully at the young man who seem calm despite that.

"If she says so then yes I am!" Leon said ensuring them that it was really him, not so many people knew his identity as the Jade, grandma Smith must be very interested in his works to be able to search for him.

Although father Brown had forced him to study business he was also an artist since he liked drawing and design he had even study architecture.

He had established his own company in country Z where he had spent his whole life, working with Henry as his assistant and his friends they were able to make their dreams come true.

Leon never told anyone about it but it wouldn't be surprising if the cunning man and his family knew about his secret after all the man seem very capable.

After that they talked more about serious issue that was at hand.

"So what do you say about becoming my son-in-law?"Mr Smith said directly without blinking an eye making the young ones uncomfortable avoiding each other's gaze.

"I have no problem of him being my grandson-in-law after all it will be more amazing to have my idol as a family" grandma Smith said happily and like she couldn't wait for it to happen.

"Me too I think he is a nice boy " Grandpa Smith said sincerely.

Leon was speechless with the turn of events these people were really adamant to tie him down, he looked at Emilia who had her head down not daring to make an eye contact with him.

"So what do you say?"Mr Smith asked nicely waiting for his answer but one could still see his impatience.

"I have no problem with that... as long as she agrees wholeheartedly"Leon said calmly looking at Emilia who immediately turn to look at him after hearing what he said.

Quietly she seem to be admiring everything about him, his face, eyes, voice, postures, character and even his physical features he was just perfect what more did she want.. but how can she accept a man? but then her train of thought was interrupted by her father's words.

"So as long as my daughter agrees you are ready to marry her right? " Mr Smith said with a stern look on his face.

"Yes that is right" Leon said comfortably as he didn't seem bothered by his intimidating look at all.

"well! that is settled then.. am I right dear?"he asked looking at his shy daughter who seem to emerge from her lost self but didn't bother to answer his question since she knew what he meant.

There was no room for discussion since long she had made a promise to him herself that she would get married this time,

her father had been troubling her to get married for sometime now, she was already twenty four yet she seem reluctant to start a relationship, all her friends were either married or engaged some even had children yet she was very reluctant and for that her father became very worried about her condition.

He seem restless and sad but he couldn't possibly force her into anything yet he seem very down that was until she gave him her word that she would get married this time as long he is a good one.

Back then she had said that to easy her father who was very worried about her.

Now her father had worked hard to find a good man for her how can she go back on her words? she thought.

Later on

Leon got ready to leave after their conversation ended, Mr Smith urged his daughter to walk him out and she quietly complied.

When he got out of the mansion Leon started to feel tensed.

"So see you tomorrow then.."he said hesitantly not sure what to say to her.

Emilia looked at him then took out a shopping bag and gave it to him, Leon was surprised by her action and she noticed his gaze.

" It a gift I wanted to thank you for saving my life, the last time I didn't get a chance to thank you properly,.. so here my token of gratitude "she said politely looking at him for response, with her black clear eyes showing her expectations how can he refuse her?

"Oh you didn't have to bother.. anyway thank you " he said then look at the small bag with sense of excitement .

"Can I open it now?" he asked like a little kid who was given his favorite candy seeing his excited look she felt warmth in her heart,

this man did change her perspective of life, after that incident she had become a completely different person from how she used to be, ever since her mother died she had been very bitter person, life had no meaning until she met him for some reasons she found herself giving her life a second chance and now she was inwardly smiling over his silly behavior.

"Of course you can it yours now " she said watching him take out his gift, it was a tie which they bought,

back then in the mall she had asked him which tie he liked and he answered nonchalantly and when she bought the tie he thought it was for her father but who knew it was meant for him,

he looked at her with smiling face then kept staring at her for sometime until she blushed, his smile was something rare indeed.

"Why are you looking at me like that? " she asked shyly as her face burn, she blushed feeling embarrassed over his intense gaze and realizing what he did he quickly snap out of it.

"Oh I'm sorry I just.. it had been a long time since I'm getting a gift so I'm just a bit overwhelmed" he said with complicated expression and this really surprised her.

"Really?" she asked not believing what she heard.

"Weird right but it true I don't remember getting a gift before this for a long time now" Leon said and got lost a bit.

'although Brown family took him in he was not really one of them, mother Brown and grandmother Brown were nice to him but father Brown doesn't like him much, to avoid upsetting spoiled Richard they never gave him any gifts' inwardly he thought about his bitter childhood experience.
