"I didn't introduce myself to you," Natalie smiled superciliously at Nova, she was seated right beside her and she held out a perfectly manicured hand. "I'm Natalie, Roan and I go way back," She exaggerated, laughing a little too hard.

"Nova," She quietly supplied, too tense to fake a smile back. She shook the lady's hand, noting with a bitter taste in her mouth that Natalie immediately turned to Roan after their brief introduction, leaning so far in his direction.

Natalie hadn't even bothered to find out Leon's name and she had dismissed Nova just as quickly, like she didn't even see her as a threat.

"I hope I'm not interrupting a serious business meeting," Natalie's shrill voice rang out, she was the only hold holding any conversation at the table.

"Not at all," Leon supplied although she hadn't even looked in his direction as she said that.
