Cody's P.V
I was in PE class running around the field. This is actually my favorite class. I get to work out and it releases most of the stress going on in my life. My life is very much exciting and fun. i'm always happy, because of my lovely family not to mention God. i gave my life to God when I was around 15. Wanna know why?. When I was 14 my parents and I jumped out of a plane; the only one's who survived. Apparently, the pilot was not a good one; didn't finish his training and he lied about it. the sad part of the story is the livers of all those people who died. All of them. it just happened. My parents and i remained in the hospital for a year after which we gave it all to God. Started going to church, reading our bibles every night and all the other things Christians do. Me for one; I got use to it. "Hey pastor boy!", I heard someone shouted. i looked beside me. Emily?. I looked behind me and saw that the others were trying to catch up. Mark?, down there?. I looked back at Emily. "How'd you reach up here?", I asked with a confused face. "Obviously I ran", she said fiestily. "Came back with that stink attitude of yours?", I asked. She looked at me. "Problem?", she asked running ahead of me. i was taken back. No girl has ever beaten me in tracks. I heard when coach blew the whistle. "time!", he shouted. We came off the track and rested. I looked around for Emily. she was talking with coach. she turned around and looked at me.
Emily's P.O.V
The coach was talking to me; about how surprised he was to see me beat Cody. From the looks of things; seems to me no one has ever beaten him in tracks. i turned around looking at him. Must be heart broken; but life is life . sometimes you gonna lose and sometimes you're gonna win. Looks like he lost this time. The coach walked off and class was dismissed. I found myself walking up to cody. he folded his arms smiling at me. "Why you smiling?", I asked. "I'm smiling for you", he said unfolding his arms. "Why?", I asked smiling now now. "you tell me, you're the one who just beat me; you should be smiling; but you're not", he said. It was just running",i said . he looked at me now laughing. "you make it sound like it's easy; its not", he said putting on a serious face. "Well, I guess tracks only deals with easy people like me; you're not one of them" I said walking off. he ran up to me " Excuse me me?", he asked. "You heard me, or should I say it the other way around?.Tracks deals with tough people like me and you're not one of them", I said smiling. "Are you saying I'm soft red", he asked. "Yes, basically ", I said "I think you need help with the structuring of your your sentences", he said. "I think you need help with the balancing of your thoughts and brain", I said. "How rude", he stated. "How insolent of you to call me rude pastor boy", I said. "Why do you keep calling me that?", he asked. "What exactly; pastor boy", I quoted. "Yes, pastor boy", he quoted back. "I thought you were one; are you not?", he I asked. "No", he said walking off. ok.
