Painted roses

Arise was a frail and curious five year old with golden hair and diamond blue eyes full of wonder. He sadly watched his mother the infamous Alice have her head chopped off by the queen of hearts, he then watched the cards paint the roses red with his mother's blood. The boy silently cried as his mad uncle took him away from the scene. Ever since that day the boy who had a heart of gold now filled with hatred swore revenge on the queen.
