Hospital visitor

Crina POV

I looked eagerly as he approached . my eyes were glued at his legs since I had not yet looked uo at him. I simply wanted to know who was the one who had saved me from what I can assume was the most terrible accident that had never happened to me.

"Mom, here he is." Ryder announced as the man finally approached me and was now standing near the bed.

"Good evening , madam." He greeted me in his husky voice. This prompted me to look up my eyes getting fixed onto him. He was standing their with a smile on his face. He was relatively tall, well built and about forty eyes old.

In all my life, other than my dear husband who ran away from me. The gentleman before me was the most handsome man in my whole world. I could not take my eyes off him . I rather just stared all over him feeling drawn to him instantly .

I had never felt that I could feel something for a man as I thought that all men are the same but with this hug of a man before me . This is something that I had no idea that I could get into like when am lying here on the bed.

I looked at him for a long time until when Ryder called my name. I looked in his direction and that is when I realized that I had looked in the direction of the stranger more than it was supposed to be. I had actually looked there more .

"Yes , son.'' I replied and tried to act like nothing had actually happened. I tried to act so normal.

"I think you have seen him , you need to get back to sleep . The doctor has actually said that you need to rest ." Ryder told me. I automatically could tell from his voice that he was using a tone that is actually not his usual one.

I could tell that maybe he had actually seen how I had looked at the man who had saved me from dying in that terrible accident .

I did not want to think of the fact that maybe my son was jealous. No way , I did not want to think about the scenario that I had gone through with him in my office .

I had actually wanted so much to forget all that but it actually did not happen. I did not forget anything at all. I could have wanted to end up forgetting all that while in the accident but that did not happen. But even with all that, I was not going to let my survivor go before I was able to at least appreciate him in one way or the other .

"Yes , I know that son but I have to first thank this gentleman for being so good to me and he saved me ."I said point blank to my son. I just wished he could not get angry with me and end up getting away like he had done.

Before he could say anything , his phone immediately started to ring . He got it from his pocket and after looking at it , I saw his face frown and then excused himself getting out of the ward room. This meant that we were now left only the two of us ; The gentleman and I .

"You can take a seat beside me if you don't mind." I asked him politely . He did not make any kind of hesitation but instead done as I had asked him to . He was soon sat down and then looked at me – in other wards he offered me his whole attention.

"You have no idea how grateful I am for what you did for me." I said meaning each word that I was actually saying .

"By the way my name is Crina." I added. I had actually not done it .

"Such a tender name. My name is Julius ." he said lovingly . the rest of the time we spent it taking casually like we had actually known each other for a very long time and yet that was not the case at all. he just seemed to be a very darling person and one who any one can easily get along with.
