From Deadly Enemies to Drinking Buddies

With the rising sun, the city of Frantoch was under a new light. The air wasn't as heavy and the citizens all felt more at ease.

Rather than holding an immediate public announcement, a hastily made flier was being distributed across the city. It briefly declared Frantoch's overnight victory and labeled Elder Baston and Elder Kardon as the culprits behind the North District Massacre.

With the flier, words wouldn't get so easily misconstrued and the public would be willing to wait for a proper announcement. It also meant the higher-ups of Frantoch could wait until after the second Briston army had arrived and was dealt with in some way.

In the meantime, Boarril was already starting to grow lively again.

Still, the city was on watch until Lord Tiberius returned. So the town folk continued to stay in North District for free.

But the traders and merchants of Boarril were racing back to the town in mass.
