Enemies Meet

After hearing these words of the newcomer, the graduate girl also felt a sinking feeling in her heart. The young businessman who has come is not good morally but is well known for his smartness and ruthless nature in business. Once he has said these words against her, she can see the alienation in the expressions of people around her.

After the entry of newcomer, many students started concentrating on their stalls and many observers also moved away and started visiting different stalls because they knew that fun things have already ended. Now that girl's stall is deserted in exception of the arguing couple and newcomer. Akash also wished to move but seeing Varsha not moving he also stayed. Their place also is not very near but a few meters away from the girl's stall.

The man from business couple gave a surprised shout and moved forward laughing and said "As expected of Prince of Hotel business. Such an imposing manner. Even if I have said it, no one will care about this. The words from the mouth of Mahat Pawar is like golden words." He totally ignored the girl he was arguing with and moved toward Mahat Pawar with his girlfriend.

Mahat Pawar is with another friend. The friend of Mahat Pawar went ahead and shook the hand with the man and said: "And who doesn't know the emerging talent, Ravi Shinde?" He looked toward that graduate girl with ridicule in his gaze and then looked toward Ravi Shinde and added: "And I also heard that last week you also opened some franchisees of some pizza company."

"Haha. You know how to make fun. I certainly told you it's Domino's but you have to make fun of me by calling it some pizza company." Ravi Shinde smiled and said with an awkward laugh.

Mahat Pawar also laughed and said "If he did not do that, he won't be called Naveen Jagtap. Other than making flats, he flatters or makes fun of people."

Looks like three friends have met after some time. The graduate girl who was arguing with Ravi Shinde and even the girlfriend of Ravi Shinde got ignored in the talks of three friends.

Varsha looked at Mahat Pawar and remembered the arrogant and pervert person from the mall. She also remembered how much abhorrence she felt from his gaze and actions that day. Now she felt a bit concerned toward the graduate girl for arguing with his friend. She even started feeling pity for the girlfriend of Ravi Shinde due to this.

Then Varsha looked toward the stall of that Graduate girl. She could see that no one is paying attention to her stall now and that girl has a solemn yet desolate expression on her face and it seems she has already realized that this event has ended for her. Mahat Pawar and his two friends seem to be from some prominent families and this girl has unknowingly made enemies with them and made others to maintain a distance from her stall.

But looks like Mahat Pawar is not going to leave the poor girl alone. After a few minutes, he turned toward that graduate girl and asked "What is your name? And which college you have come from?"

After the question of Mahat Pawar, his two friends and even Akash and Varsha got curious about the girl's response remembering her tenacious nature.

The girl at first looked apprehensively toward Mahat Pawar. But next moment her eyes slowly turned determined and she said: "From your opinionated view toward me, do you still hope me to act humble?" She pointed toward the board at her stall and said "Why don't you use your academic skills and read it here? Are you used to asking people to do such small things for you?" Akash became speechless at her response and Varsha found it hard to suppress her smile.

Ravi Shinde who is a hot-tempered one got flared from her response and pointed his finger at the girl and wanted to say something. But a voice just came from an elderly man walking toward them "Please maintain your calm. Everyone has a right to their thoughts and ideas here. If you do not agree with someone, please ignore them. You have to act on your own discretion without disturbing others."

Mahat Pawar maintained his calm and turned to look toward the elder and moved forward to greet him with a handshake and said "Secretary of Ministry of Commerce! You have done a good job of organizing this event. Sorry, for our bad conduct. I agree that we have acted on impulse."

Secretary smiled. He did not wish any commotion to happen in the event. He also did not wish to offend Mahat Pawar who is a relative of Minister Pawar. He felt relief on the response of Mahat Pawar. He sighed and thought "These people of big families really know how to act in different situations."

Varsha looked toward her husband who is already losing interest and not paying attention in that direction. She felt happy seeing that he is only staying because of her and whispered to him: "We should go now." Akash looked toward her and nodded.

But he moment they turned to walked toward other stalls, the voice of Mahat Pawar came from behind "Oh, Mr Akash Patel! I did not know that I will get to meet you here."

Hearing the voice, Akash turned back and faced the smiling Mahat Pawar who has come forward to meet him with an extended hand. With a calm face, Akash said nonchalantly "There are many people whom you would not have known to be present here." And then he extended his hand to shake the hand with him.

"Haha. I have heard a lot about your academic and business talent. You are also good at making sarcastic remarks. A person of talent indeed." Mahat Pawar laughed and said while taking back his hand after the handshake. He did not pay attention to Varsha for now as he tries to gauge the ability of Akash. He also wished to maintain a calm and chivalry attitude to catch his opponent unaware.

Akash also looked at Mahat Pawar and smiled and said: "I have also heard that you are a talented businessman."

"You might have heard many other things as well about me." Mahat Pawar laughed and said.

Akash looked at him and said "But they are irrelevant things. I certainly do not care about them and I am also not much of a gossiper. I only care about the things which I like to do and nothing else."

Mahat Pawar smiled and said "I agree with you here. We should really care only for the things we like. Mr Akash! I have not read you wrong. A proud person with knowledge and self-confidence. It's good to make an acquaintance with you."

First Akash thought there might be some misunderstanding but now he can confirm that the words of Mahat Pawar and also his expression is emanating a mild hostility toward him. He wondered what could be the reason for this hostility.

Akash kept a calm expression and looked at the smiling face of Mahat Pawar while thinking. But his pride won't allow him to ask the reason to Mahat Pawar and instead, he thought "Want to be my enemy? You are welcome. You are setting a path to disaster for yourself."
