Challenged By The Shadow Dragon

(Jason's POV)

I sat at a table at a restaurant. I was eating some pasta that was recommended by the owner himself. It was a good pasta, fettuccini with some alfredo and chicken. Not bad at all.

I was simply relaxing, eating my meal while just thinking about stuff.

I was wondering what had happened with Kagura at that time. I hadn't seen her since we had sex. She didn't show up at the feast nor at the final meeting. It was odd. I did ask Minerva if she knew what happened.

She told me that she had left the city after the battle without saying a word. She had assumed that something happened at her guild and she didn't know anything else.

I hope she was okay.

I kept eating my meal, finishing up the second plate of pasta, when I sensed a presence approach me.

"Hm?" I said as I looked behind me

Standing behind me, accompanied by his cat, Rogue stood. He looked at me with a serious look on his face.

For some reason, I didn't like the way he was looking at me. It gave me an odd vibe.

"Oh?" I said, "What brings you here?"

"Jason." He said seriously, "You.....and Master Minerva....."

I blinked, "What about us?"

He gave me a serious glare, "What is your aim with her?" He asked, "I know what the two of you did."

So he found out about Minerva and I having sex? How? I mean, Sting only confronted me about Yukino. How did this fool know about Minerva? Man, am I going to have to deal with another pain in the ass? How bothersome. I'm just trying to eat my food.

I sighed, "Not this again..." I said wiping my mouth and standing up, "What's your deal?"

"I will not allow you to hatch a scheme to hurt our Master which in turn will hurt Sabertooth." Rogue said seriously

"Fro thinks so too!" Frosche said

I rolled my eyes, "You gotta be kidding me, man." I said, "Can't you lot give a guy a break? Minerva and I are on good terms.....it was all consensual. There is no ulterior motive, no scheme, no aim..."

He looked at me up and down, "Outside." He said, "Now."

"Oi oi oi." I said as I stood several feet across from Rogue, "Do you really think something like this is necessary?"

We were outside the restaurant. I suppose Rogue wanted to do something that would cause attention to be directed towards us. I was really not in the mood for any bullshit, I was eating my meal peacefully.

Rogue gave me a glare, "I do." He said, "If you ever think of tarnishing the name of Sabertooth, I must ensure you are crushed!"

I sighed, "I thought you guys had orders to not pick a fight with me." I said, "Are you seriously willing to defy the Master who's honor and dignity you're so worked up about? Give me a break, man. Don't make me hurt you."

"Rogue...." Frosche said, "Fro thinks so too...Master would not be happy...."

Rogue released an aura of shadows as he glared at me.

Okay, this guy was really worked up. I guess fucking Minerva really struck a nerve. He must be jealous. Does he like her or something?

But I have to admit, he does have balls for trying to defy Minerva's orders and try to pick a fight with me.

"Listen to your buddy." I said, "You do not want to do this."

He then lunged at me, throwing a Shadow-enhanced punch.

I caught his fists with my hand, his eyes widened in shock. I suppose he was not expecting that to happen.

Before I could counter, I noticed the Blue Screen appeared out of nowhere.

"ALERT!!!! ALERT!!!!"

Couldn't be a fucking worse time for this shit.

"What now?" I narrowed my eyes

Suddenly, Rogue pulled back and struck a blow in my midsection, sending me reeling back. I clutched my midsection as Rogue followed up with another punch.

I caught it again, this time I used pressure on it and immobilized him, using a magical aikido bullshit move that could only work in a world of Magic.

Trust me, none of that shit works in real life.

"ALERT!!! ALERT!!!"

"What the fuck you want?!? Annoying ass shit!!!" I yelled

Rogue, who was caught by surprise at the aikido move, looked at me with a confused face.

"W-Who are you talking to?" He said

He asked this because I was looking directly at the screen that was floating to my right, while he was directly in front of me.

I ignored him as I looked at the screen, expecting an answer.

"MAIN MAGIC TREE UNLOCK. I REPEAT, MAIN MAGIC TREE UNLOCKED, CHOSE FROM EITHER OF THE TWO OTHER MAGIC TREES."

I blinked, "Eh?"

"WOMAN SUCCESSFULLY IMPREGNATED."

I widened my eyes,

"EHHHH?!?!"
