Fairy 56: Zack vs SS-Class Criminal Part I

It took Zack around ten minutes to find a place to hide Hisui, while he will deal with her kidnappers. And that place was a cave, and from Zack's senses, there seems to be no monsters around here, nor wild animals.

Seeing the cave is empty from any threats, and the best he could done at this moment of time. Zack lead the tired Hisui, who seems to be both mentally and physically tired out, from her current events, and the fact, they had been rushing around the forest, there no way, a child like her, wouldn't be tired, from moving around that much, in a short amount of time.

"You okay, Vis?" Zack went, looking at the green haired child, who yawned, as they entered the cave's system.

"I am fine… thank you for worrying about. And going this far to protect me." Hisui went with a smile.

Don't worry about that. Now remain here, and stay quiet, I will be back, as soon I dealt with them." When Zack said that, and patted Hisui's soft head. Hisui eyes widen realising what Zack is about to do. And hurriedly grabbed the hem of Zack's sleeveless jacket.

"I-I know Sir Zack is strong… but they are not weak either… especially that man in the mask… I don't know why… but his aura… is completely different to the rest of them. Not to mention, he is very scary as well." Hisui went, recalling about the leader of the kidnapper, the one with the red demon mask, as tears begin to form from her green eyes.

Seeing her slightly daker green eyes then his own grassy green eyes. Zack went onto his knees and begin to wipe her tears away with his finger. Before Hisui we stared into Zack's green eyes with a blank mind, before Zack himself flicked her forehead lightly.

"It's Zack, not mister, or sir." Zack went with a gentle smile, as the startled Hisui who now holding her forehead in slight pain, managed to calm herself down, when she heard Zack's protest.

"Sorry for calling you that… but Zack…" Hisui went trying to reason with the stranger before her, who about to risk his life for her.

"Look here, I am not doing anything reckless, that will endanger my life. I just need them to focus on me, so I could lead them away. Not to mention, it not like I cannot flee from them, right?" When Zack said that Hisui's face became pale knowing what Zack is on about her Gravity Magic, that made them fly in the air not long ago.

Even if it was a necessary course of action, using the force of gravity to fly away from them. But it wasn't a nice experience for Hisui's heart, since not every day, you get to experience firsthand, what it feels to fly in the air, with the fear of falling to your death.

Of course, Hisui is no selfish princess will blame Zack of causing her so much anxiety when they zoom within the sky. Because of Zack's ingenious away of using Gravity Magic, saved her and Zack from her pursuers. And she cannot be more thankful for that.

"That's right, what if you use that magic again, and fly us away?" Hisui went with a pale face. To be honest, she doesn't want to experiencing flying like that ever again in her life. But she knew, she cannot be picky in this kind of situation, when that dreadful magic, is the most ideal solution in their current situation.

"Normally I will agree and do that already… but like I said before. I am not alone. My friend is till in that town… so I cannot leave her alone… and it does not like I am weak either Vis, I be back, before you know it."

After Zack said that he once more patted Hisui head once more time. Before he made surer once again. That he cannot sense any kind of monster or wild animal inside the cave. And even asked Nightfall, who has better senses then himself.

Seeing she is safe inside this cave for now. Zack hurriedly left the cave, and about to face off the men that after Hisui, not knowing this wouldn't be as easy as he thought it will be.

It will be a lie, to say, Zack didn't feel guilty leaving a cave alone in the wildness, even if was inside a cave or not. But he also knew, Hisui will be in the way, if he were to take her with him.

Not to mention, Zack also worried about Vottes, leaving her alone in Foglia. However, normally Vottes is a light sleeper, because she always on the run, before she met Zack. And not to mention, Vottes made herself drunk for the first time in a long time.

Knowing that drinking until you drunk will make you sleep longer then usual, personally at that. Zack knew the chances of Vottes knowing that Zack left her side, will probably be until morning, unless something unexpected happens.

Taking a deep breath, Zack, who is around 2km away from Hisui, stood before nine men, all wearing cloaks. Zack already took Nightfall in its sword form and awaited for the nine men to arrive before him. And then Zack turned his glance towards the leader among them, the one with the red demon mask. 

'Faster I have done with this, faster I can return back to Hisui and Vottes's side. Because I am in a hurry, I will not be holding back.' Zack thought took a deep breath, to calm himself, as he is about to face off the nine hooded wizards before him.

Of course, before facing anyone. Zack always checked the difference between him and the others. That is why, he used Status to check the Status of the nine men before him. But Zack didn't get the chance to check the others status, because the first one he checked was the man in the demon mask.

But the moment Zack checked and look into his Status. Was the moment, Zack felt cold sweat down his back, a chilly cold feeling throughout his body, the feeling known as fear, clouded Zack's mind for a single moment. When he looked at the Status of this man in the demon mask.

His magic abilities alone, makes him into the realm of a SS-Class Wizard. But his physical abilities on the other hand, is vastly different, already in the realm of monsters, known as Saint Wizards or SSS-Class Wizards.

This is the first time, Zack has to deal with someone who has similar Status as Makarov, in fact, the chances of winning against this man alone, is very slim.

While Zack taking a deep breath, he knew there only one way to win this, and that was to use Nightfall's true power. However, as Zack was calming down, thinking of a way to activate Nightfall's true power, since it will take some time to activate. And once activated, he has a timer to win this.

But Zack who thought that, and not once left his eyes from the man known as Bracoguch Onbem. Suddenly the man in question disappeared like ghost, only to hear his voice from behind.

"You… not bad for your age. it somewhat pitiful, I had to cut off the roots, of someone as talented as you… don't you think so as well?" Hearing the calm voice from behind. Aack leaped forward, and stabbed nightfall into the ground, forcing Zack to turned around while he jumped forward. Only to see the masked man that was before, just suddenly appeared before him.

"Oh, are you by chance, wondering, how did this handsome son of b*tch, able to get behind you? Especially when you been watching me since the beginning, I am right?" Curiosity could be felt from his voice, and yet mockery at the same time. As the masked man appeared few inches before Zack's face.

Zack eyes widen in shock, as he personally saw the masked man appeared right in front of Zack. He never thought the difference between the physical Stat of Ability A and B were that much difference between them.
