Fairy Tail: Magical Life

Disclaimer All copyrighted content is the property of its respective owner(s). You know the usual cliche right folks so let me say again this story is about a reincarntor journey through the world of Fairy Tail the badass wizards and waifu galore right? Except for one problem with the MC realizing his born the same year as Mavis in the year of X673 all the way to the past does this disuade him? No he will use anything to his advantage and possibly learn the lessons of life and magic in his new... Magical Life.

Chapter 17: Fairy Tail Zero (5)

~Third POV~

After gathering their information and a few day trips to Magnolia the group started towards their path to reclaiming the Tenrou Jade from Blue Skull after the night's rest in the inn for the night before setting off.

/////

Walking down through the forest to reach the town of Magnolia the 5-man team wanders through the forest continuing on their path towards Blue Skull's main base.

As the group walks down as the two kids enjoyed sightseeing the nature life of the forest till finally, Yuri began to speak bored, "Aren't we at Magnolia yet?"

Precht replied to the teen in their group in a neutral tone, "It's still 3 more days of walking."

Warrod sees the sun sitting in as he makes a comment to create a temporary camp for the night, "Hm… seems like the sun is sitting. How about we set up camp here for tonight."

Rou looks at the sun before agreeing with Warrod's suggestion of setting up a camp, "Hmm… yeah. I agree with Warrod. Don't mind me I'll make us a quick makeshift camp."

Going off seeing a perfect spot Precht eyes Mavis with a question in a curious tone, "He's about to get that flashy Alchemy again?"

Mavis nods with a smile on her face as Yuri and Warrod listen in to what she says, "Yup! Rou is very good at making things using the environment around him! He can make a small home pop up out of nowhere so long as he knows his environment."

*Zzzz*

*Whus*

*Thud*

Warrod and Yuri's eyes widen seeing the deconstructed parts of the ground began to reconstruct as small materials swirl around to make a custom-made stone home with walls to add as defense from animals along with table, chairs, and fireplace with beads of sweat on his face formed as he sighed at his work.

Smiling to himself seeing the craftsmanship of his work as he praises himself for the stuff he created, "Ummhmph! This looks like my great work of art yet. Although I feel something missing in this camp…"

Warrod looks surprised before he himself views the custom work with an expression of surprise on his face, "Whoa! Now this right here looks like a good spot to camp! Say Rou is this your magic? Seems like those Maker Magic guys use right?"

Shaking his head sheepishly he replies to Warrod what he used was exactly in an excited tone of his voice, "Huh? Oh no. I didn't use Magic I used Alchemy. Completely different from what Wizard uses. This one is where everyone could use but does need extensive studying to make it work."

Warrod interested seemed to ask more questions with Yuri looking at the work done as the two talked, "Whew… these look really well made? Say Rou can you make other things than these?"

Interrupting their conversation Rou gazed at Yuri with a nod showing him an example, "Yeah. I can make them into different things. Or even repair them so long as you have the original pieces. Here look."

*Zzzz*

Clapping his hands together with sparks of alchemic energy coming to life as the ground soon deconstructed then reconstructed into a lance in the palm of his hand with an excited expression on his face, "Yup. This here is what a person could do with Alchemy to create or destroy things into different things. Been starting to practice this art for as long as I was 3 or 4 years old at the time. Only got better after the 7 years of practice."

Precht eyes widen at this as he gazes at Mavis for confirmation as she nods getting him impressed as he crosses his arms, "Since he was that young? I have to say I for one never met an Alchemist before but that is mighty impressive for someone like him to learn that young right."

Mavis nods with a gentle smile shown as Rou talks to Yuri and Warrod replying to Precht whispering, "Yeah, he usually tries to take care of me at the time trying to be brave. It's great he gets out of his shell meeting new people."

Precht then tries to question more what Mavis meant but then stops thinking for himself for a bit of a reason, 'Hmm… I guess the boy is smarter than he looks. Did he mature for her sake and safety huh? And in return, she acts as an anchor for him as emotional support. Certainly a unique duo these two.'

With that, the group soon began to do their own task at hand with each of them given an objective to do with the camp setup they needed supplies for the night to have dinner in their camp.

Yuri went off to gather wood to be used for the fire.

Warrod went off to track down some edible plants.

Precht went off to hunt down some animals for meat tonight.

Mavis was left to guard the camp.

Rou was left to go off fishing for edible fish food…

Like that, the group began to collect items needed for their camp for the night.

~Rou POV~

Walking down the forest path hearing the sounds of the river nearby I finally managed to locate it.

Smiling as I began to fish, I have finally left alone with my own thoughts thinking about the future ahead of me.

*Splash*

Letting the bait dangle a bit with my fishing rod I couldn't help but marvel at well…

Everything really.

I know childish really but in all honestly though it's the most excitement I had ever experience I have ever had since forever.

Although I'm so used to being in charge when it comes to hunting or helping Mavis out it's a nice change of pace to rely on others to do their own objectives than I go solo back on the island.

Refreshing is what it is although I do miss being in charge.

Nah.

That's probably my childish behavior or puberty kicking in…

Or not…

*Splash*

Catching one of the fishes and reeling it in I managed to get one now the other…

Still, though the time is coming close to meeting Zeref soon enough and the time to learn other magic is coming.

I was really thinking hard about what Magic I wanted to get other than my Archive Magic, but it has its perks helping me recall everything.

When I found out the Magic I have by trial and error it helped me remember everything and see everything perfectly again through my screen.

Hmm….

After thinking for a few hours to myself I finally decided to stick with these Magic Spells I want to learn from Zeref if at all.

Healing Magic… Healing Magic is a Caster-Type Ancient Spell and Lost Magic that focuses on healing and replenishing.

Healing Magic involves the user using their Magic Power to heal, replenish, or revitalize. The healing can range from small to large wounds, increased stamina to lessen fatigue for the ability to move about, and/or the removal of various maladies of the targeted.

And hopefully…

Enchantment, Augmentation Magic, or in the singular form of Enchant, are all in reference to the magical ability that allows the user to bind their Magic or mold a magical essence onto someone or something.

The process of Enchantment amounts to the user adding their own Magic onto living or inanimate objects, thereby increasing their natural attributes, i.e., enchanting wood to make it stronger than steel, or enchanting swords into human beings with immense power.

While a normal user of Enchantment is simply called an Enchanter, a High Enchanter is one who has immense prowess in the art.

For them, it is possible to attach their Magic in a manner that allows them to change and alter climates, manipulate the atmosphere, completely change geography, modify an organism's physique, and even vastly enhance the power of individuals past their normal limits.

High Enchanters also have the ability to extract Magic from human beings. If one has enough Magic Power, such as the amount possessed by a Dragon, they can even cast Master Enchants, which allow them to enchant heavenly bodies themselves.

Notably, Dragons teach Dragon Slayers their signature form of Magic via an Enchantment process, and Sky Dragon Slayer Magic is a Magic that almost exclusively specializes in performance boosting.

It is also possible for Dragon Slayer Enchanters to attach the basic properties of their Dragon Slayer Magic onto something, thus allowing the person of their choosing to, albeit temporarily, become a Dragon Slayer as well.

According to Irene, Enchantments are divided into ranks starting from the basic enchantment, followed by the High Enchant and Master Enchant. Within a sole Enchantment could exist a sub-skill variant underneath them, such as different types of Separation, Residual Thought, and Personality Enchantments.

If an enchanter dies, all of their existing Enchantments will cease to function, and any physical changes that resulted from them are reverted.

Those are the Magic Spells I wish I could learn from Zeref as I already have my Archive Magic and can be able to use it to perform Telepathy Spell through it.

Although I don't want to seem greedy after it though.

Plus, with Enchants I wonder if it's possible to create a set of power rule systems like Nen or Cursed energy in the forms of promises or pledges to boost my Magic Power.

But it would be asking for too much if I ask Zeref to teach me how to use Arc of Embodiment out of nowhere.

I mean Zeref knows practically all the spells in the series but never really uses them, but I know for a fact he used to know to enchant spells along with others in the past during his long years of immortality.

Of course, there are multiple ways to be immortal other than getting cursed and that's by using the Phoenix Stone I got from those two so-called protectors I got.

I doubt they would recognize the original is in my hands while they have the fake because they aren't Wizards to tell the difference.

Although if I drink the blood of the phoenix, I will probably lose my memories with my Archive Magic to help return myself to normal.

Still, the chance of it happening is scary enough to reconsider my actions doing so.

Taking out the Phoenix Stone well at least one-half of it anyway...

I wonder if I should simply eating it would be enough or do I need to fuse it with my Alchemy transmuting it into something eatable for me to obtain immortality?

Heck would Take Over Magic even work on this thing?

Tucking away half of the Phoenix Stone away for the time being I continue to gather more fish thinking of the future ahead looking bright.

*Splash*

Taking another one of fishes from the river I can't wait for some fresh seafood.
