Plan for the future

Sebastian waved at Igneel who was looking at him with a smile sending the poor dragon into a shock of fright.

John caught this detail and looked at what Sebastian was waving at, he saw it was at Natsu, and he thought when was this guy so interested in kids?

But then, John remembered that Igneel is inside Natsu right now, just like how Kurama is inside Naruto, so Sebastian should be more interested in Igneel.

Now that made more sense than Sebastian being a pedo, John nodded with a smile satisfied at solving this small case.

Not long after everyone started arriving one by one, but they all gave their greetings and gifts to John first before going on to party.

At a certain time when all the guests that should arrive are already here, a giant 1.5 meters tall cake was pushed in from the kitchen with the number 12 candle burning on top of it.

John sat on Dragapult and rode to the side of the cake as all the guests sang the 'Happy Birthday song' softly, John held a microphone magic tool in his hand and spoke.

"Thank you all for those who took time off from their busy schedules to attend this party, I am grateful to all of you."

"And for the wish this year, I wish for everyone to be healthy and happy for the rest of the times to come."

After saying that he blew softly on the candles and the crowd burst into cheers and toasted with those who are by their sides.

The party started again as the guests enjoyed themselves with the food, drinks, and party games that got organized from time to time.

John watched all of this once again on the third floor of the restaurant, he hid there because it was too stressful to deal with people that want to curry favor with him, especially those merchants that want some of his products to be supplied to their store.

"So, this is where you've been hiding, John." A voice sounded from behind John, he looked back to see that it was Cana wearing a blue dress that she bought from the store in Crocus.

But he noticed something wrong with her state, she had an unnatural blush on her cheeks, and she has a slight sway in her steps.

Cana then proceeds to trip on a brick that magically appeared in front of her, John was sure that there was no brick in the balcony just now.

And the only one he can think of that can do such a thing amongst all the people gathered here is Sebastian, ' I'll surely get back at him'.

Even so, John still arrived before Cana and caught her before she fall to the ground, she clung to his shirt and looked up at his face with a dazed look.

She reached out a hand and hold his cheek and before John could actually react she pulled his face in for a kiss.

John slightly tilted his face just in time for the kiss to land on his cheek, he looked at Cana only to see that she was already asleep with a satisfied smile on her face.

"You'll have to thank me big time for this, Cana," Sebastian muttered to himself on the second floor while holding a transparent crystal that displayed that scene just now.

A picture of a boy holding a girl to stop her from falling, as the girl pulled on the boy's cheek and reached in for a kiss.

It will be a very romantic scene with the silver moonlight shining on them, just like the various K-Dramas from John's previous life, if one did not ignore that the two protagonists of the scene are two kids.

Unbeknownst to John, another precious moment of his was recorded by Sebastian, at this point, it seem like Sebastian was more of a recorder of John's precious moments than a mentor.

John sighed with a helpless smile and summoned Dragapult on the balcony and rode on it to his apartment and laid her down in one of the guest rooms he had.

After resting her on the bed, John didn't bother going back to the restaurant as he was already bored of that place, instead, he went into his secret basement.

Inside the basement, John is sitting before a table with a stack of blueprints on his side, and a few crumpled pieces of said blueprints on the floor.

He took out one piece of paper from the stack and laid it on the table, John looked at the drawing on the paper with a fervent gaze brimming with excitement.

On the blueprint is a drawing of a triceratops there's an indicator near it that has the words written 'Blue ranger zord' in bold characters.

"Finally, I used to dream of having a real-life version of this thing when I was a kid, now I'm making my own."

"It doesn't matter if it's impractical, as long as I can relive my dreams of being a kid riding a zord, that is all that matters."

He then walked toward another table with a box covered with a blanket, he pulled the blanket off and threw the box to the side revealing what was inside.

It was a blue triceratops that looks exactly the same as the one drawn on the blueprint, he took out a glowing lamp and pulled out the soul, and inserted it inside the triceratops.

Shockingly the triceratops came to life as it ran around the table constantly roaring as if the soul was panicking over the sudden changes in its life.

"One down, one more to go to have a Thundersaurus Megazord Incomplete, and two more to go to have the complete version."

" I'll also have the black and white zords too to complete the collection of the five rangers of Power Rangers Dino Thunder."

"By then, just for the sake of living up to a dream, I'll fight a dragon with a complete megazord just like in the show."

John had an excited smile just thinking about finally living up to every boy's dream, fighting giant monsters with a giant combined robot.

"It will take a long time but, I'm sure that I will complete all of you," John said and then pulled out the soul inside the triceratops and headed back upstairs, and went to sleep.

Meanwhile, in another place somewhere near the future site of Cait Shelter, a hole appeared in the skies as the place became cloudy and a swirl appeared on the clouds as the hole sucked ethernano from Earthland.

A blue-haired boy fell from the skies and for some reason landed unscathed on the ground, the boy stood up and patted the dust off his body.

"So this is the world on the other side of Edolas!" The boy exclaimed in interest when he found out how different Earthland was from Edolas.

On how the air contained a massive amount of times more ethernano than Edolas.

A few hundred miles west of the boy, on a mountain stood a white dragon with more feathers than scales on her appearance, along with a triangular head and a feathery pair of wings than the usual scaly ones that typical dragons have.

It looked at the place of Anima as the wind told it the disturbance that occurred there, then a girl with dark blue hair shouted from the side.

"Grandeeney, let's play, quick!"

"Okay, Wendy." Grandeeney laughed and played with the child once more, as it may be the last time she will play with this girl.

She felt sad at the thought, but didn't show it outside and still played with the little girl with a smile on her face.
