60 For Rent

After John and Cana were done eating, Cana packed up the bento box and set it aside. John then asked if she would like to see the apartment rooms with him, and Cana happily agreed to see the rooms.

As they went upstairs and stepped into the 100 square meter apartment, the scent of fresh paint and newly-laid carpets fills the air. The layout is open, with the living room leading to a small dining area and a separate kitchen, complete with all the appliances one might need.

The decor is a room with beige walls, light-colored carpet, and wooden furniture with simple lines. The living room is cozy, with a plush sofa and armchair set arranged around a glass coffee table. The wall opposite the sofa has a large shelf for the renters to put their books on.

The bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment, each featuring large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The beds have simple wooden frames and are dressed in neutral bedding. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other two bedrooms share a smaller bathroom with a standing shower.

The apartment has a warm, comfortable feel to it, as if it has been lived in and loved. It's the kind of place that would suit a small family or a group of close friends. Although the design might be a little dated, the apartment has a timeless charm that will make anyone who steps inside feel right at home.

"Wow, you own this whole building, John? From the first floor to the 7th floor, and if you rented out all the rooms from the 2nd to the 7th, then you'll become rich" Cana said with great surprise and excitement.

She was so excited that it was as if she owned this building, but if she really kept up with what she was doing earlier then, it won't be long before she will have a share.

Only after she explored all the rooms from the second floor to the seventh floor did she leave the apartment, she did not get tired even though all the rooms have the same decorations.

After sending Cana off from the door, John went back inside and started to sort the documents needed to register his building at the city government and to advertise his apartment.

As for why the government and not the magic council? Well, the magic council is only responsible for wizards and magical stuff, while government handles all the mundane stuff.

After preparing all the necessary documents, John headed for the city center where the office of the government, as he looked at the sceneries he passed by, the more he realized that.

Earthland's technological tree is so crooked, they have trains, but they still use wooden carriages and ships, they have something like archive magic but they don't even have a tv.

It's more crooked than guns in one piece having round bullets when they can clearly make a more powerful piercing one.

After arriving at the office, John completed all the necessary procedures needed, and just like that he can now finally start renting out the rooms in his apartment.

And renting out rooms means he can finally earn some of that thick wad cash, that he will use to keep growing his assets until he doesn't need to worry about spending.

While thinking of that, he reached the city squares downstairs and went to the advertisement board, and paid 30,000 jewels to have his advertisement posted for one month.

The advertisement that he released has the full specs of his apartment and he put one of man's kind strongest weapons in business, discounts.

The rent for his apartment is 140,000 per month, and he put in the advertisement that the first 24 renters will receive a 20% discount for three months of rent.

That means the renter will only have to pay 112,000 for the first three months of rent, if this huge discount cannot get him, renters, then he should just go bash his head with a tofu block.

Next, he'll develop Earthland's entertainment facilities, like they only have bars, brothels, and casinos as their entertainment facilities.

But now with his magic, he can pursue the first dream of every kid on earth, which is to become the Pokemon Master.

He'll make miniature puppets of Pokemon and spread them worldwide, this will not only earn him money but also allow him to relive his childhood dream.

He can also develop other games into something real like Digimon, Dragon City, 3D chess with wizards as the characters, and more!

With more time, he'll build his business empire and be the emperor of entertainment and real estate.
