Moving on to Dragon Runes, he successfully developed or more like comprehended two more runes this past one and a half years.
One rune enhances the sharpness of the weapons he inscribed them on, and one enhances the flexibility of the things he inscribed them on.
They are still Wyvern runes, but it's enough for the current rank he has and the enemies he will be facing.
And with a year and a half of research and development, he finally made it, he finally made a mecha! Or at least a smaller version of it.
It's a full black mecha with some light blue lights on some parts of its body, it had a long sword on the right hand that is inscribed with sharpness and toughness in Dragon Runes.
A gun in the left hand has been inscribed with toughness runes, and all the body parts are inscribed with toughness and flexibility runes on them.
This mecha is the strongest trump card of John, he even went out on his time to learn a bit of Requip to quickly don all of the mecha quickly.
After donning the mecha, his combat power skyrockets to High A-grade!
But, John can't fight too intense battles with this mecha, and it's not a problem of fuel, but because his body simply cannot withstand prolonged fights in a mecha.
But now with this mecha, John cannot be the weakness of his team while in the mecha, so it makes up for his flaw of being fragile.
After all, not everyone is a dragon slayer that can withstand massive amounts of damage to the body.
John's gotta admit when he first donned the latest version of the mecha he was so happy and excited that Sebastian even said that he was acting right like his age.
Like what men can resist a mecha? Especially a real one, A big burly man is a boy at heart in front of a mecha.
And after the test flight, John didn't go down until Sebastian personally went up to the sky and knocked him out.
And he named it [A/N: Gimme some names my good readers.]
That's all the progress he made during these past one and a half years.
Currently, Cana and John are riding Dragapult heading toward a town northeast of the place Caith shelter is supposed to be established.
He's heading to the town where Ur is currently residing as well with her two disciples, Gray Fullbuster and Lyon Vastia.
The land of Isvan!
As for how he locked in the location of Ur and her disciples? Well, the Bureau of Magical Development is established near that town.
The bureau should be closed to the town where Ur is living, how else would Ultear be able to run from the bureau after destroying it to Ur?
So he's gonna go there to prevent the disaster of Ur from sacrificing herself to seal Deliora using Ice Shell. And to solve the unreasonable grudge between the mother and daughter.
Although it may be selfish of John to save Ur from sealing Deliora and allow it to rampage somewhere else.
But, this is to fulfill the promise John to himself in his previous life.
[Flashback of John watching Fairy Tail]
"If I get Isekaid to the world of Fairy Tail, I must save Ur from sacrificing herself, save Simon from dying at the tower of heaven, tell Mavis and Zeref that August is their child, and prevent many tragedies from happening."
[Flashback ends]
So no matter how selfish it may sound, John will still go ahead with his plan to save the mother and daughter.
They can help him in the future war against Zeref, after all, Ur has strength that is strong enough to be classified as a wizard saint.
You must know the title of wizard saint is only granted to those powerful mages that exceed the imagination of human beings.
The top four of the wizard saints are so strong that they can't be classified as humans anymore, hence they were given the title of Four Gods of Ishgar!
[A/N: In the next few chapters we will rescue Ur and Ultear, and make up for the regret of the ending of the two.]
