"The Internet suddenly lost connection!"
"You too?"
"Did something happen to Knight? Did the magic fail?!"
The guild hall buzzed with confusion early in the morning. As Knight pressed the synchronization button, all users currently on the Internet were disconnected.
Fortunately, there weren't many people online, so the disturbance wasn't too loud.
Standing up, Knight addressed the group:
"I just updated the version. Everyone just needs to reconnect."
People turned, surprised to see Knight.
"Whoa! Knight, when did you get back?"
"I didn't even notice!"
"Good morning, Knight!"
After the enthusiastic greetings, everyone quickly activated their rings to reconnect.
Knight shook his head with a small smile and sat back down to finish his breakfast. Wakaba stood beside him, reading the update announcement carefully, while Mirajane curiously opened the Internet herself.

New Chat Emoticons Added

Wakaba frowned as he checked his account.
"Knight, my points are still at zero!"
"…You've already checked in for today," Knight replied, somewhat exasperated. "Don't worry; you'll get 100 points starting tomorrow."
"But what about today?! I can't play Landlord without points! What's the point of my life?!"
Is playing cards all your life is about? Knight mused, then offered a suggestion.
"You can earn points by uploading books from the guild's library."
The moment those words left his mouth, Wakaba sprang into action. Several other guild members also jumped up and rushed to the library to grab books to upload for points.
"There are loads of books in the library! First come, first served!"
"Wait for me!"
"I need points too!"
The hall emptied in an instant as everyone raced to the library, eager for points. Wakaba, not to be outdone, bolted after them.
"Wow, they're so enthusiastic," Mirajane said, laughing. "If only they showed this much energy when taking on missions."
"You could always offer points as rewards for completing missions instead of money," Knight joked, earning an eye roll from Mirajane.
Finishing his breakfast, Knight opened the Internet and checked the library section. Within a short time, dozens of books had already been uploaded.
"Looks like the system is running smoothly," he noted with satisfaction.
He turned to the forum. Despite 99 active users, the activity level wasn't much higher than before, which didn't surprise him. Most people were busy chatting in the Fairy Tail Love Each Other group about the race to earn points.
As he scrolled, a new post caught his eye. It had been posted yesterday, by Natsu.
[Can anyone tell me where Igneel is? Please!]
"Only three replies? And two of them are bots..." Knight chuckled.
Meanwhile, Mirajane was engrossed in Mahjong, so Knight decided to log in using a secret account he had set up, eager to stir things up a bit.
Magic Council Headquarters (ERA)
The Magic Council was responsible for maintaining order in the magical world, consisting of a Speaker and nine Councilors. Their duties included overseeing guild activities, punishing illegal guilds, and hunting down dark guilds.
At the Fiore Kingdom Branch, Makarov sat in the "Judgment Seat" as the councilors' voices thundered around him.
"Another disaster caused by Fairy Tail!"
"This time it's Hargeon! Half the port's been destroyed!"
"Makarov, are you even listening?!"
Makarov jolted out of his distraction and quickly turned off the Happy Landlord game he had been playing on the Internet.
"I'm listening. What were you saying?" he said, a sheepish grin creeping across his face.
The councilors were speechless. One of them, a woman named Ultear, chuckled. "Mr. Makarov, what exactly were you doing just now? It looked like… a card game?"
Makarov coughed awkwardly, his face flushed. He had become so used to the council's scolding that he'd started playing cards to pass the time.
Realizing he had everyone's attention, Makarov cleared his throat and said, "It's called the Internet. A new form of magic. This magic is destined to revolutionize the world as we know it!"
His words intrigued the councilors, who exchanged curious glances. Ziklein, a blue-haired councilor with a brown emblem on his face, stepped forward.
"Since a Saint Wizard like you holds it in such high regard, show us how it works."
Makarov grinned, feeling a surge of pride. It wasn't often he got to boast about something from the guild. Navigating through the Internet, he began to explain:
"This is the library…"
"This is the friend system…"
"This is the chat group…"
"And this is the forum…"
Makarov clicked on a post, completely unaware that he had just opened Natsu's.
[Can anyone tell me where Igneel is? Please!]
"Forums are like this. If someone has a question, others can answer it," Makarov said proudly, pointing to a response. "See this answer—it's very infor—uh… what?!"
His eyes widened in disbelief as he read the reply.
Voldemort:
Hello, OP. I happen to know the answer to your question.
The Igneel you speak of is the Fire Dragon King, correct?
There are not only Fire Dragons, but also Iron Dragons like Metalicana and Sky Dragons like Grandine. All of them vanished on the same day—July 7, X777—seven years ago.
But here's the truth: they didn't disappear. The Fire Dragon King and the others are hidden within the bodies of Dragon Slayers.
That's all I can say.
Makarov's face turned pale as he finished reading. The councilors behind him were equally stunned.
"Who… who is this 'Voldemort'?"
