Chapter 4: The Start

"Cheep!"

*Woosh*

Standing outside the front of the abandoned home of a crazy cultist I feel the wind brushing past my face as I couldn't help but marvel at the majestic beauty of the forest like those a child seeing a video game for the first time.

Amazing and breathtaking…

The lush green fields and trees complemented the lights poking through the tree's leaves and shining down the grass below effectively leaving such a serene scene before me with a smile on my face.

But it was time for me to get going.

Walking outside of the abandoned home of an Avatar Base it would be wise to see that being X as soon as possible and explore this new world of Fairy Tail. I find myself marveling at each and every second being here.

He did say he would go by a real quest guess that means the daily one didn't essentially count more or less.

Regardless though I exit out the front gate with a new change of clothing seeing I already got a map and food of the area as I left while I mumbled to myself quietly at my predicament, "The being X could've at least been a little nicer to me. Since they're the ones who summoned me to a different world and all…"

Pausing on that…

No that would be wrong.

Being X tried to save me but couldn't for whatever reason so he decided to place me into a whole different world instead where I would possibly thrive and gifted me this ability with the chance to grow.

In that way, I'm being a little whinny bitch for complaining as I have my life.

Sigh… after taking some distance apart from the home I continue to mumble to myself what I should do now in this strange world, "Like hell I'm going to die in another world like this. Even if I have to steal some stuff to survive… wait…"

No that's the wrong way of thinking.

Earthland has actual authority in the form of Rune Knights and Wizards that could kick my sorry ass in the present.

Shaking my head off those thoughts as I focus on analyzing the situation of the pros and cons of stealing, "But, what if I end up being caught? I need to figure out a good way to support myself without resorting to stealing. Ok, so that's a last resort. But I get the distinct feeling I already know how I can support myself…"

Join a legal guild for one.

A Guild is a type of organization in Earth Land, characterized by a member base and common trade. The purpose of a guild is to obtain and disseminate job requests to the members of the guild.

There are three different types of Guilds: Legal, Dark, and Independent. A Legal Guild is one that has been approved and registered by the Magic Council. A Dark Guild is one that has not been approved by the Magic Council and is treated as a criminal organization.

An Independent Guild is one that is not approved by the Magic Council, but at the same time is not considered a criminal organization.

Very little has been shown about Independent Guilds, though it appears that they can do anything they please as long as the Magic Council doesn't disapprove of their actions.

Aside from Magic Guilds, there are a variety of other guilds, such as Merchant, Mercenary, Treasure Hunter, Alchemist, and even bandit guilds. Happy once implied that there are workmen guilds, too.

Mavis Vermillion also once mentioned that there are also combat and industrial guilds dotting the countryside. In general, guilds are formed for individuals to take Jobs and earn Jewels.

Legal Guilds also work to defend against Dark Mages and other criminals; Independent guilds likewise fight illicit guilds.

Maybe going with an independent would work well or not…

Description: Being suddenly tossed into a fictional world turned reality you have a path to follow for growth and survival! But most importantly money is needed for one's living status in such a dangerous world like Fairy Tail without the color-tinted views! This world is EXTREMELY more dangerous than it looks without the child story of the plot in the way viewers or readers saw.

Objective: Survive by joining one of the following Guilds in this world.

My eyes twitched at this oh soooo angry… accept.

Taking in some breathing practices in and out calming my nerves before something else insane happens.

Calming myself down before I get angry again…

I do admit I'm also intrigued by the whole ordeal being transported here is still in the back of my mind as I mumble to myself, "Then again though… being isekaied into Fairy Tail world with the ability of [THE GAMER] isn't all that bad honestly. Plus, all the girls and the booba… ahem…!"

I knew I shouldn't have read those Doujin works but fuck it if I wasn't a horny boy at the time. I was introduced to my sexual awakening!!

Every man and boy's sexual curiosity damn it!

Is that ever so wrong for us to choose?

Shaking my head of those perverted thoughts I need to find a place for me to make staple work and hopefully earn enough Jewels for myself considering I'm planning on staying around in this world.

I can be somebody here than my old one.

One filled with Magic and one where I wouldn't have to ever worry about the social order or being part of the machine that is society in my old world.

I mean I have parents in my old world, but they already died when I moved in with my uncle and he isn't what I call the best person in the world with me slaving away and focusing on my studies even if I fail in that department.

But here though?

Here I can be whoever I want to be with that much freedom in the world just waiting to be explored. But first I have to figure out my way around here and hopefully find Being X first as he wanted to talk to me.

I have to be careful around the forest and leave fast. I really don't want to be caught here if someone else finds me here and try to pin the blame on me.

Wait…

I almost forgot about something really important here. Before leaving I returned back to the abandoned Cultist Avatar home to collect a sword since I need a weapon first before anything else.

The man got to defend themselves no?

Guess my thoughts of being in another world did prevent me from actually thinking about any weapons till I was reminded of my predicament.

Although going through some dead bodies to search for their murder weapons isn't exactly ideal but what can I do about it though.

Not like I have much of an option for that to matter.

Going inside I began to check around till I found one of the weapons hanging around still clean too. Just like one of those middle-age steel swords even.

Being curious I used my <Observe> skill on it to see what exactly I'm am dealing with here.

At the very least though I finally have a weapon that I can use to defend or attack using it although it might not be durable or seen as powerful to many…

However, at the very least I have the means to defend myself. That's what matters at the end of the day. Now it's the best time to leave and find a nearby town or village to somehow escape this isolation.

It's only been a day here, but I need to leave soon. Better hope for the best and hopefully I don't get attacked.

Sheathing the Rune Sword, I began to wander the outside world with my face beating down trances of sweat as I take the first step forward in this Magical crazy world of Fairy Tail.

Sink or swim time baby.

But most important of all… it's time to game on.

Running towards the forest ahead full of energy I got my mood ruined seeing another skill gain in the process.

[Through continuous running, a skill to run fast was generated allowing the user to quickly move fast.]

My eyes twitched at that since I ran the daily quest yesterday before calming my nerves as I try to look it over.

Just keep grinding on the run then. Just keep my game on to the end it is. At the very least I can run fast and increase it by leveling up by leaving this place.

Feeling the wind brush past my face as I ran using my Mana to fuel my legs I felt myself getting faster with each step as I couldn't help but be excited with my heart beating faster with each step.

This is going to be a very interesting life.
