Interlude 1: dragons meeting

3rd POV

During the time that Albion Nava was training with his mother Selene in [moon dragon slayer magic], his father Veldanava travelled to speak his dragon friends. His goal was to ask them to ask them to include his adopted son in their plan to defeat Acnologia.

After flying for a half an hour in hs dragon form, during which he requested a meeting with his friends, he found thm in a forest with their adopted children. Veldanava lands near his friends and starts a conversation with them.

Veldanava:"Hello friends, how have you been? How is it rasing dragon slayers?"

To his left, the fire dragon king Igneel was the first to respond.

Igneel:"Hello Veldanava, it has been a while. It hasn't been easy, espcially since I am trying to raise a stubborn boy like Natsu."

Next to Igneel, the sky dragon Grandeeney responded to Veldanavas greeting.

Grandeeney:"I've been good too Veldanava. Wendy is such a sweet girl. though teaching her [dragon slayer magic] has not been easy."

After Grandeeney, the iron dragon Metalicana chose to answer.

Metalicana:"It has been dificult raising a child like Gajeel, and he's just as stubborn as Natsu."

The white dragon Weisslogia and shadow dragon Skeadrum spoke next.

Weisslogia:"Its been well. Sting is a good kid; he is not stubborn like Natsu or Gajeel, yet he sees looks up to Natsu."

Skeadrum:"things have been well, though Rouge is a bit quieter and looks up to Gajeel."

Igneel:"How have things been for you? I remember you once saying that your raising a human child as well." he asked the star dragon king.

Veldanava:"It's been going well and I am ot raising Albion alone. I am raising him together with the moon dragon Selene."

All the other dragons looked at Veldanava with shock hearing him mention the moon dragon Selene. They didn't expect to hear that such a dragon will help raise a human child.

Grandeeney:"So his name is Albion. Are you two going to teach him [dragon slayer magic]?" asked the sky dragon.

Vedanava:"Yes, in fact Selene is teaching him [Moon dragon slayer magic] as we speak. I wanted to ask you guys to include us in your plan to defeat Acnologia. He must pay for all the pain and suffering he's caused, and Ablion can be of great help."

Igneel:"Is there something special about Albion?"

Veldanava:"You could say that. When he unlocked his magic, we found that he had a rare type of magic that give form to the casters imagination."

He then went to explain how Albion used [arc of embodiment magic] to create a statue and a creature that came from Albions imagination. Needless to say that they were surprised to hear that he was able to use this kind of magic.

Metalicana:"To think that there was a human who could use that kind of magic."

Weisslogia:"yes but it must use a lot of magic power."

Veldanava:"Yes, he realized that and decided to wait until he has more magic power before using that magic more. He is very smart and observant for his age. I was hoping to to have Wiesslogia and Grandeeney teach him as well."

Grandeeney:"You want to him to learn [sky dragon slayer magic] and [white dragon slayer magic]?"

Veldanava:"Yes, having only one type of magic can be easily stopped. Selene and I were planning to have her friends Mercphobia and Aldoron teach him water and wood as well."

Weisslogia:"Do you that he can handle being able us use so many elements?"

Veldanava:"Selenes [moon dragon slayer magic] uses moon and star elements. When I go back I will train him using the star element while she talks to her friends about our plan."

Igneel:"Would you be willing to use the [dragon soul technique] to place your soul into Albions body to create antibodies to prevent him from turning into Dragon like Acnologia?"

Veldanava:"Of course. I won't let that happen to my son." he said without the slightest bit of hesitation.

They were surprised by how quickly he agreed to use the [dragon soul technique] to prevent Albion from turning into a dragon as a result of overusing his [dragon slayer magic]. They had to respect that he was willing to do that for his adopted child.

The other dragons looked at each other and nodded in agreedment to add him Albion, Veldanava and Selene to their plan to slay Acnologia.

Igneel:"Alright, You can join in our plan. As for teaching Albion [white dragon slayer magic] and [Sky dragon slayer magic] that is up to Grandeeney and Weisslogia." he said as he looked at the dragons in question.

Grandeeney and Weisslogia then had a look of contemplation, wondering if they should teach Albion their magic.

Grandeeney:'Well it might do him some [healing magic] and [support magic]. He might also be a good big brother for Wendy.' she thought to herself, thinking about having someone be a broter for wendy other then Natsu and Gajeel.

Weisslogia:'Maybe if he is good at [dragon slayer magic] and he's a good kid, he may be a better brother figure for Sting then Natsu and may be able to push him to become stroger.' he thought to himelf hoping to maybe make Albion a brother figure for Sting.

Grandeeney:"Well it might be a good idea to have the boy learn some [support magic] and [healing magic]. He could also be a good role model and big brother for little Wendy."

Weisslogia:"I was also thinkng that he might be a better role model for sting then Natsu. No offense Igneel."

Igneel:"None taken. I know exactly what you mean."

Natsu:"Hey what does that suppose to mean!?" he exlaimed hearing what the dragons were saying bout him.

Then a little girl with blue hair looked at her "mother", after hearing their conversation.

Wendy:"Am I going to get a big brother Grandeeney?"

Grandeeney:"Yes dear, though he may be the child of another dragon he will be learning [sky dragon slayer magic] along with you."

Wendy:"Okay mother."

After Wendy spoke to Grandeeney, Sting started to speak to his 'father' Weisslogia.

Sting:"So your going to teach another kid [white dragon slayer magic] Weisslogia?"

Weisslogia:"Yes Sting, I think that having a sibling student would help motivate you to improve your magic."

Sting:"So I will have a rival. We will see if he's good enough for that."

Weissogia looked at Sting with amusement, Sting is going to not only get a sibling student but also a rivel to see who is better. Sometimes having a rival is a good motivation for someones growth.

Veldanava then speaks up.

Veldanava:"I will bring Albion by in a week. I want to have him learn more about [moon dragon slayer magic] and [law dragon slayer magic] before learning other magics."

Metalicana:"So your going to teach him [law dragon slayer magic] too?"

Veldanava:"Yes, that magic was created for gathering information and for sealing. There are threats where he needs to gather information on in order to stop them, that magic can help him with that."

Metalicana:"Makes sense, Gajeel doesn't strike me as the information gathering type."

Gajeel:"Hey, I heard that!" he yelled causing everyone to laugh and making Gajeel to get more angry.

The dragons and the children continued to talk and hang out for the next couple of hours. Veldanava recieved a telepathic message from Selene informing him that Albions training is going better then they thought it would. He was surprised to hear how quickly Albion is able to use [moon dragon slayer magic].

Then when it was time to separate, Veldanava turned to the others and began to speak.

Veldanava:"I will be back in a week with Ablion. He may surprise you."

As soon he said that he left to meet with Albion and Selene so he can take over the training and so Selene can speak with Mercphopia and Aldoron about their plan.

30 minutes later

After Veldanava returned, he told Selene that he was able to Convince Igneel and the othe dragons to include them in their plans; and convince Grandeeney and Weisslogia to teach Albion their [dragon slayer magic].

Now all thats left is for Selene to convince Aldoron and Mercphobia to teach Albion their [dragon slayer magic] since wood and water elements can be very versitile. She used her [telepathy magic] to contact her friends and requested a meeting to discuss the future involving Acnologia. She then used her [relocation] spell to transport herself to the place where she's meeting 2 of the future dragon gods of guiltina.

When she get there, she transformed into her dragon form and waited for the Aldoron and Mercphobia. Not long after she got there, the ground started to shake as another dragon came close to Selene. The new dragon has a body encompassed by all brown tree bark, with green tree and other wood-like features adorning him. His face is mainly a large plank with small slits as his eyes and mouth, with a pair of wooden horns protruding from his head.

Selene:"Hello Aldoron. How have you been?" she greeted the wood dragon.

Aldoron:"Yes it has Selene. I have been well. How about you?" he asked the moon dragon.

Selene:"I have been raising a human child with Veldanava."

Aldorons eyes widen, not expecting the moon dragon to raise a human with the star dragon king.

???:"That is interesting."

Selene and Aldoron heard a voicecoming from the water neary as another dragon rose from the water to greet them. this dragon has the appearance of a azure-blue Sea Serpent, with a scaly grey underside, large wings with three green fin membranes each, razor-sharp teeth, two massive tusks protruding from his upper jaw, fish fins on the head and running down the back, a long, pointed nose with a nasal horn, two fins on the pelvic area, and a wide fin as the tail's tip. He bears green tribal-like designs on his face while maintaining his two horns.

Selene:"Hello Mercphobia, how are you?"

Aldoron:"Hello Mercphobia."

Mercphobia:"Hello Selene and Aldoron. I have been well. But I am more curious about how you came to raise a human child wth Veldanava."

Aldoron:"I am curious about that too."

Selene:"Very well I was going to tell you anyway."

Selene then went to explain how she saw Veldanava with a human infant and how the infant noticed that she was watching them. How she decided to raise the infant as the mother and Veldanava as the father. However she did nt mention that the infant has memories from his past life.

She then told them that she was currently having the child learn [moon dragon slayer magic] and how quickly the child was able to use magic. Which surprised them since they did not expect her to teach a human [dragon slayer magic] after what happened with Acnologia.

Selene:"Veldanava was able to get the white dragon Weisslogia and the sky dragon Grandeeney to teach him their [dragon slayer magic]."

Mercphobia:"Veldanava really convinced other dragons to teach his human child [dragon slayer magic]."

Selene:"Yes and I want to ask you two to teach him [dragon slayer magic] too."

Aldoron:"You want us to teach your human child our [dragon slayer magic]? Why?"

Selene:"So he can become strong enough to survive whatever he may face, including Acnologia."

When they heard the name Acnologia, they remember hearing aout a human who slayed so many dragons that they ended up becoming a dragon. That very dragon is still hunting others dragons and will be coming for them eventually.

After thinking for a couple of minutes, Aldoron Spoke.

Aldoron:"Do you really think that this child can defeat Acnologia after learning our [dragon slayer magic]?"

Selene:"Actually there is a plan inmotione my several dragons including Grandeeney and Weisslogia."

Mercphobia:"Really tell us more."

Selene then went on to explain the plan devised by Igneel the fire dragon king; to train dragon slayers and use the eclipse gate to send them into the future where the amount of ethernano in the atmosphere is greater then it is now. Once they get stronger using that ethernano, they would defeat Acnologia.

She then explained that she and Veldanava made a plan to take several dragons away from Ishgar so they can be safe until Acnologia was defeated. But they would also train themselves in case the dragon slayers failed to defeat Acnologia. Ultimately, it would be up to the dragons if they want to return to Ishgar.

Selene:"So what do you think of the plan?" she asked the 2 dragons.

Mercphobia and Aldoron start to consider the pros and cons of this plan the other dragons came up with.

Pros:

1) If they leave Ishgar, they would be safe from Acnologia for a few hundred years years or so

2) If the dragon slayers suceed in slaying Acnologia they don't have to worry about being killed by him

3) If they took part in the plan would have allies that can help them in the future.

Cons:

1) If the dragon slayers do slay Acnologia, theres the chance that the remaining dragon slayers would hunt them too

2) If the dragon slayers fail and Acnologia finds out there are more dragons, they will be the next target.

A\n: I'm sure there are more pros and cons but couldn't think of them and didn't want to list them all

After the 2 dragons considered the pros and cons of this plan, they made a decision.

Aldoron:"I wil agree to teach this human [wood dragon slayer magic] if you are absolutely sure that he won't become like Acnologia."

Mercphopia:"I will agree to teach your human child [water dragon slayer magic] on the condition that if I were to look control in the future, they would be the one to stop me and seal or slay me if necessary." He said causing Aldoron and Selene to widen their eyes with shock

Although Selene was surprised at Mercphobia's condition, she was glad that they were willing to teach Albion [dragon slayer magic].

Selene:" I can agree to that and I'm sure Albion will agree to that too."

Aldoron:"Albion?" Asked the wood dragon

Selene:" That's the child's name. Veldanava gave him the name Albion Nava."

Mercphobia:" That sounds like a dragons name." He said in an amused voice.

Selene:"I know right." She said while chuckling causing the other dragons to chuckle as well.

After they finished chuckling they began their discussion anew.

Mercphobia:" So when do you want to have us teach him our magic?" He asked Selene.

Selene:" In 2 weeks since next week he will !earn from Weisslogia and Grandeenay. Veldanava and I want Albion to learn from different dragons on a weekly basis."

Aldoron:" That make sense, since you don't want to overwhelm the child with learning too many things at the same time."

Mercphobia:" Very well then, it's decided that we will begin his training in 2 weeks."

Selene:" Thanks you two."

That is how Arlene and Velez java were able to get more dragons to teach Albion [dragon slayer magic].
